The property was as listed in their post. The kitchen was well stocked with all your cooking essentials. We joined swimming off the dock with the pool noodles that were available. There was plenty of towels for both outside and inside accommodations. Our family took the opportunity to use the fire pit to make smores. There were more than enough games in the closet to entertain all ages. When there was an issue, it was reported and resolved within an hour. We would recommend highly recommend this house.

Pictures are deceiving. Upgrades are minimal. Hard to sit outside with horribly strong septic smell. Housekeeping pour, found trash in various rooms upon arrival. Communicated findings and got no response from owner. Take note stairs are steep and narrow. Otherwise appreciated having towels, laundry, soaps, seasonings, dishes, box and ceiling fans in each room, nice deck furniture, grills. Great spot for fishing and swimming. Pretty view.

Great Getaway for a Quick Weekend Trip

Everyone enjoyed their stay. It was a very close by boat to many fun spots and were very close to other entertainment by car such as the Boathouse and golf courses. We would recommend this for any kind of trip. Also, very fairly priced compared to other options.

Ladies Hiking Trip

Great place for our hiking group to stay since there were so many twin beds. Price was great and amenities were too. The driveway is a bit intimidating so most of our group parked at the top. We had a blast. Definitely will keep it in mind for our next trip to that area. Communication with host was excellent.

Great Property

This property was very spacious and comfortable for a large group!. The deck offers a wonderful view with plenty of seating. The kids loved the toys and bunk room. We also loved having a dock and boat slip so we could store the boat we had rented out a few days. Our group would definitely stay here again!

A cozy lake spot!

For my group of 13 adults, we had a great time. The living room could accommodate all of us to hang out together (which we needed since it rained the whole time!), and the rooms were perfectly appropriate for the amount of people present. LakeDays was a great communicator.

Great Place to Celebrate!

We needed a solid place to come for my Son's wedding this week, and this house provided a great "home base" for the family on this important occasion. Good setup, and awesome "living" area downstairs that was really cozy and a definite top feature of this house. Great response from the property manager when something was needed too!

Great home with everything you need for a big group!

Christmas trip with my grown kids and their significant others and our new grand baby! The house was perfect! The bedrooms are upstairs and the entertaining area, kitchen and dining area are downstairs! Great set up and had everything we needed to cook and entertain! Also only 5 minutes to a gas station, 10 to a DG market and 15 to 20 minutes from multiple shopping spots and restaurants!

Very nice property

This house was clean and great as far as size for a large group, what was provided in the home and had a nice view of a quiet location on the lake. The only issues we had were the garbage was never picked up all week even after notifying the property manager and the road to get in and out was treacherous which was not mentioned in the listing.

Perfect Stay

Our family spent some time at the lake house. It was perfect for some time away to be together. There was a large area to hang out together and lots of space to spread out. The view and atmosphere was beautiful. Everyone kept saying over and over how much they loved it. I liked how the living room /dining room and kitchen were in a separate area than the bedrooms so that those who were tired weren't bothered by those who still wanted to stay up and visit. We would definitely like to stay here again. (Some of the stairs might be hard for those with bad knees, but we didn't have that issue.) There were 15 in our group and it felt like sufficient space for all of us with paths to walk on and multiple areas to hang out both inside and outside.

Great Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for everyone. There were 15 of us. Had so much fun having ping pong tournaments. I was really surprised how much they all enjoyed the ping pong table. The dock is very spacious. Patio was wonderful for those who wanted to eat dinner outside and drink coffee in the mornings. There isn't much room for parking but we were able to fit four vehicles. Neighbors were extremely nice. As far as location you are about 15-20 minutes away from everything. That was not a problem for us. Thank you so much for sharing your space.

We needed a place that could accommodate more than 14 people, and this place did just what we needed. Pros: The location was quiet, but still close to amenitiesThe deck was great with plenty of seatingLarge and Fully stocked kitchen supplies including crockpotsBoard game closet and ping pong was funCould accommodate 6 carsCons:The beds were not comfortable with the exception of one - all others could feel every spring in the mattress The hot water only lasted about 20 minutesThe stairs are VERY steep and all bedrooms are on upper level. The railings are unstable.Bunk beds have been 180 lb weight limitSmall dining table and not enough indoor seatingOverall, would likely spend a little more money and find a different rental next time

Family weekend

We had 13 people stay at the house for a family weekend. It was Feb., so unfortunately we weren’t able to any lake activities. We chose this house because everyone had a bed and each of the three families had a bathroom. We had plenty of room! The kids loved the video games - Xbox, mini Sega and gaming device on the bar! The ping pong table was a hit for everyone, too! The house is 2 stories - all the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. Downstairs is the kitchen, living room, dining room table and another bathroom. The stairs are a little steep and there is no hand rail - as long as you go slow it’s fine, but it did slow down my Dad who is 77 and has a bum knee. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

We were glad to find a place with 6 bedrooms, with a dock & right on the lake. There were some unexpected & appreciated touches, like extra shampoo/ conditioner / body wash, detergent & coffee, sunscreen, aloe, pans & sharp knives. The splash pad & ping pong table were great. We had some fun game nights, beautiful weather & nice family time. Couple things to know:The inside stairs are more narrow than usual, so could be a bit hard for some. Closet /pantry spaces was limited.Depending on the time of the cycle of the water system, the water is very salty and undrinkable. This could be mitigated with a bottled water dispenser. When we reached out they said they could direct us to the nearest place to purchase water for ourselves. The property management company tried repeatedly to get us to move to a separate platform for communication, which is not recommended. The morning of arrival they sent an agreement, not through VRBO. They did say they'd sent it earlier, but we never saw it. Concerns included that they are not obligated to check the property prior to your arrival so the condition is unknown and you are liable for any broken items. If the dock was broken, even through negligence of the owners and the renter was hurt/ killed, there was no recourse. They said it was standard and mutually protective, but that clearly wasn't the case. The options were to sign or leave.Lastly, a left item was requested returned (we'd pay s&h) & they failed to follow up.
