The property is located in Melegís, a beautiful Andalusian village of whitewashed houses and courtyards filled with orange and lemon trees, surrounded by hills, rivers, ravines, and next to the Béznar reservoir. Thanks to the waters from Sierra Nevada, the Lecrín Valley remains green all year round, covered with citrus groves and olive trees that create a truly privileged landscape.

Set in a peaceful natural environment while still close to all services, the complex is only a few meters from the well-known Los Naranjos restaurant. The A-44 motorway is just 5 minutes away, allowing easy access to Granada’s historic centre and the beaches of the Tropical Coast in around 30 minutes. Sierra Nevada ski resort is approximately 50 minutes away for those seeking adventure and winter sports.
