Historic house of 250m2 located in a strategic area of Rourell as it is only 10km from Valls for 'calçotades', 15km from Tarragona beach and 20km from Port Aventura. It is distributed over two floors with the kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom on the first floor. It has a terrace with jacuzzi open from 06/01 to 09/30 and barbecue, ping pong, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, winter heating, smartTV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking in the surrounding area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with an option to extend. It is a smoke free property. Pets are welcome with an additional cost. At the check in the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation will be requested. Groups under 25 years old are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24 hours a day for anything you may need during your stay.
