It has capacity for 6 people, distributed in three large double bedrooms, ideal for couples, friends and business trips, as it has Wifi Internet fibre at 300mb. This property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday in Tenerife.

Beautifully decorated with attention to detail, this lovely adults only flat near the beach is ideal for couples, friends and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 6 people and has 300mb Fibre Wifi Internet access. With three double bedrooms, the main one with queen size bed, sea views and en suite bathroom, the second one has a double bed and the third one has two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. It has two complete bathrooms in total, shower and bathtub, a bright and functional independent kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, a cosy living-dining room where you can have lunch and disconnect, while contemplating the panoramic ocean views. Also in this room, you will have a 42" Smart TV and access to a cozy covered and glazed terrace with chill-out area. This property has all the ingredients to enjoy an excellent holiday, it also has a private parking space and a lift in the building for greater comfort.

In an unbeatable location, with the beach of La Nea and the Radazul Marina just a few minutes walk from the house, perfect to disconnect by taking a nice walk or a swim in the area, where there is always a good climate. It is situated in a residential area, strategically located to get to know the rest of the island.
