The room is big, everything was clean. Great food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner (I was really surprised about the quality of food in a big hotel like this). Staff is very friendly. Snorkeling is good at the reef. The beach is ok but even during high tide it's not possible to swim (ok, maybe I'm spoiled. Where I live we have beautiful beaches where you can even swim during low tide). Visit the nearby town of Al Quseir: the Fort is quite interesting.

We stayed at Radisson Blu from 15.10.-22.10. 2017 and we had very negative experience with this hotel. Both me and my boyfriend have been working in the 5 stars hotels i the past and that is why a had high expectations from Radisson Blu, unfortunatelly i didnt meet this expectations at all. - room - I have to say that the only possitive thing and that is why hotel deserved one star from me is that the room was always nice and clean and housekeeping were doing a good job, although the equipment of the room was very poor, no coffee and tea as mentioned on the page, room and not even houseekeepers didnt have the buds for ears cleaning, or any cotton tampons for make-up removal which suppose to be an of course thing for 5 stars hotel. The bed in the room was so bad that i was every day waking up with bigger and bigger pain in my back. - staff - I have never seen he staff smoking infront of the customers during their working hours. We saw it all the time bartenders from the pool bar take a break and smoke at the bar. I have no problem with smokers but this was way of the limits. Next, pool bar bartender looks like we make him a real problem always when we order some kind of drink his rolling over eyes wasnt the look we wanted to see from our server. Morning chef who was making the eggs didnt speak very good english and even when his college explain him my order he mixed it up, when I nicely explained him that this wasnt my order he became very angry and i wasnt comfortable to stand and wait for my food anymore. I was very uncomfortable for me when i was walking around at the resort and emloyees were whistling at me at looking at me like at object. - food - food was one huge failure, there was nothing good, nothing was fresh, there were multiple dishes which were just a recycled from previous supper, nothing was seasoned, no proper coffee just a machine from which coffee taste like from gas station machine. The drinks servered at the supper got to be delivery after we already ate the meal, we wanted to go to Egypt to also try some of the local spicy food and instead of that we got to be served with boring international food....and so on i could continue to name other things that tottaly didnt work with food and drinks. - spa - when we were ordering the trip we saw that there should be 30 minutes masage included in the price when we ask about it we were told that this massage is either for hands or feet which was so dissapointing for us to find out that we rather skip it. Also there were a guy who was walking around the customers who were resting at the beach or around the pool and try to convice them to try some of the treatmets at the spa, we send him away the first day that we are not interested but he return the other day again and my boyfriend got to be curious what he might offer so he started to talk with him, he made us offer but we decided to think about it tell him later, when we saw him we told him that we are sorry to tell him that we are not interested the guy was offended with our decision and didnt even respond to us. - reception - the worst think that happened to us and totally kill our small hopes that this hotel could keep the name of very good hotel chain was the situation which happened the day we were leaving, As the delegat from the travel agency we bought the trip from told us we were leaving the hotel very early in the morning she didnt know the exact time when we speak with her but she said that we should not be in worried because we will have a wake up call from the reception and then we will have 30 or 45 minutes to come to reception and be ready to leave. The evening before departure I went to the reception to ask when they will call us to wake us up that I can also set up my alarm clock in case. The receptionist said it will be at 3 o´clock and as I saw the paper there were another two room at the same hour. At 3 my alarm clock wake me up but the phone ringed at 3:08 where the guy on the other side was very much in hurry and told with VERY BAD ENGLISH that i was already suppose to be at the reception and I told him that it is not possible because he was suppose to wake me up now. He then asked me when I am leaving and I told him that my plane is leaving 6:55 he said sorry and hanged up. I knew something is not right so i started to hurry and get dressed when the phone ringed again and the guy from agency said that I was suppose to leave at 3 o´clock and that everyone else is waiting there. I told him to give me few minutes that we will come as soon as possible. When we came to reception everyone was standing and looking at us like we are only responsible ones for situation that happened. The receptionist started to talk to me that i was suppose to be here already at 3 and told him that i was suppose to waked up at 3 by him at it is not the wake up call service when you dont wake up someone but when you call him to tell him that he was already suppose be somewhere. Everyone was shouting and i was so angry like never. I was a customer who came out from this situation as guilty how is that even possible even if I would be guilty i am customer i am always right no matter what and they were shouting at me how humiliating was that. I work in hospitality industry and this was totally unacceptable behaviour. I will never never never ever come back to this hotel even when they will offer me a free of charge stand, and in future i will even be very careful if i will choose to go to any other Radisson Blu hotel. We had amazing time at Radisson Blu. We stayed for week. Hotel is perfect, clean, nice room, staff are very friendly and helpful, everything was perfect. Large, clean, beach, beautiful sea, amazing snorkeling. Very recommended!

We had a really good stay in Radisson blu el quesir. Room was clean and nice. There are some renovation works during the day but not noisy. Food was also good. We have to thank the whole Team but especially we want to thank Mostafa from Bar Zar. He help us every time we had a question. He is very friendly and made an awesome job. Service from his side was amazing. We also learned a lot of egyptian language from him. What we really enjoyed. Thank you for that. Also a thank goes to Ibrahim he is working at pool bar. Not good.Staff stalking women, your phone numbers will be available for harassment.One week two cases of harassment.Never more I will not come! The first-aid kit is empty, the safety of the guests is jeopardized.

The hotel is located wonderful and offers nice pools, small sandy bays with great views over the ocean. It looks picturesque around the hotel and within the hotel garden, but inside and on the porch it needs definitely rennovation andd refurbishment .

We have just returned from a 4 week stay. We have visited this hotel many times, although the last time was in 2011. The hotel and grounds are as we remembered-we stayed in room 2131-fab view of the gardens and the sea. Hamdy,the Head Chef produces amazing food. Good choices and if you wanted something specific, he was always happy to oblige. The beach wasn’t crowded and we spent every day lazing about enjoying the weather. Our Saga rep Mohammed Malik was fantastic as always. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very pleased to see him again. Our only disappointment was the entertainment-very poor. We did get very bored in the evenings. But overall we have loved our stay and will certainly try and visit again.

This resort is the best one i have ever stayed in during annual trips to Egypt.The staff is very polite , helpful and friendly. The food variety and quality was good.SEA just don't forget your snorkelling googels and fins so u can enjoy the corals and fish....I stayed In sweet so well equipped.....First stay,but not the last.

We spent 9 days in the resort. The weather was always great, actually quite warm temperatures day and night > 30° C. The resort is situated a little bit outside of El Quseir. It has a private beach and is great for snorkel adventures. There are a lot of different fish and coral species to discover. Something important is, that you need footwear to go into the water because there are sharp (and beautiful) corals everywhere. This is just for caution. You shouldn't walk on the corals so you don't destroy them. The room had a good size and good AC. It wasn't the cleanest i have seen (sandy) but ok. The staff in general was very friendly and helpful. A little bit disturbing was that the staff were the loudest people on the beach. Food was ok as well. They have international buffet on most days. But once a week the have an egyptian buffet and once an intalian. Overall good vacations (rating 3.5)
