We had our Easter Holiday at this beautiful resort , it was very nice , the pools the garden and the atmosphere was great , we enjoyed it so much . our room was big and direct on the sea . the food was nice and specially the salad buffet was varied and tasty. breakfast was served at the Resort side with almost every thing you could imagine for breakfast, crepe, eggs, bakery varieties and oriental falafel was also served daily. The staff were so kind and helpful. A must try is diving and snorkeling as the Flamenco Beach has a very professional diving center run by Austrian company and the Resort has its own coral reef just at its jetty foot steps very beautiful with lots of coloful fish and corals. Mean while you must try the spa center with its private Sauna and Jacuzzi and a very professional masseurs. Thank you Flamenco we had a very relaxing Easter Holiday.
We just went to Egypt for diving. This hotel has a nice reef with a diving center. The hotel could be actually ok... The Bathroom is not very clean and is pretty old. The AC is just noizy and useless. the food is ok, but everytime the same. They didnˋt change the food within 10days. They still served the same food three days after they served it on silvester. The silvester party was ok. But it looked like a party for old people. We made a reservation for a couple table, but then they gave us a table with a whole family. One pretty anoying thing: all waiters and workers ask for tips. After they realize, we donˋt give more tips, they stoped serving us. The sellers on the beach are very annoying too. They forced us everyday to buy sth, even if we said no. If you want wifi, you have to pay 10 Euro for one week and itˋs only useable in the lobby. Most time it didnˋt work. For this 10Euro they will just enter the password on your phone by themself. So they get sure, only one person uses the wifi. Guys, donˋt get me wrong: It is a good hotel for itˋs price. Just donˋt except sth special.
The hotel itself seems to be a bit old but all in all OK. But there are 2 best things about this hotel. Mr. Ahmed - Manager in the Restaurant. Extremely nice and polite, always smiling and exceeding the expectations. The 2nd thing is the long bridge and the possibility to snorkle by the reef. Beautifull! Mezo (animation guy) and "El Faraone" (this is the way I called him - don't know his real name) - the guy who took care of Italian guests and organized volley ball matches were funny and were also OK Annoying thing was WIFI, which you could buy at the reception but it worked only in the lobby and each charge was for each phone and the password was input by the employee on your phone, which was ridiculous. This is XXI century. It cost 10 eur per equipment, it was much better to buy at the reception 3G sim card for 15 eur (3.5 GB) One thing which I would improve is the food. Very little diversity. Eatable but that's it
The hotel is lovely with an amazing view on the red sea and swiming pool Friendly and helpful staff the food is tasty with many variety everyday It is a great place to relax and having a good time Definitely must visit again
Bad experience in Flamenco started with wrong information at the front desk about meals times, snacks availability, where bevarage are being served. Next, the air conditioner is not working well and they were asked to fix it four times with zero result. There is no Wifi. The beach is horrible and not suitable for swimming at all. The pool is nice. Service at the pool is avarage, they asked to take off the mattress while we were sitting 45 minutes before the pool off time. There is no meaning of having "all inclusive" reservation, as they are trying all the time to give nothing. As long as you are Egyptian, you will be under rated guest. I won't come back again.
All the hotel staff are doing their best to provide a good stay for their guests. Although, some parts of the hotel are a bit old and pretty simple/ plain, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The beach is 2 min walk from the hotel rooms with beautiful views and pier. Dont miss a chance to check the underwater world with snorkeling mask -awesome! Hotel provides with comfortable sunbeds, towels and matrassess. There is a gym, tennis court ( for 5€ per several hours) and massage centre. Wifi is available in the reception area for around 10$ per week. The food is good and tasty with traditional cousin, advice to try pitas, kebabs, pastas and guavas. You could also have a free mineral bottle of water per room once a day. There is a good german dive centre on the territory of the hotel. A family of lovely cats is living there. Beautiful special Egyptian weavings and carpets are also sold there and there is a corner shop with suvenirs near the main entrance. All in all, there is a cozy, friendly, easy atmosphere since the hotel is not over crowded with people and you feel very relaxed and peaceful under the warmth of egyptian sun, with birds singing around and listening to the noize of beautiful sea waves.
I stayed at Flamenco El Quseir for 2 days in a business trip and the stay was unpleasant. Pros: 1- The Hotel facilities are good, well established 2- Although i arrived early, but the reception guy gave me my room immediately (this will lead us that the hotel is almost empty) 3- The Pool is good and big and also the beach is good Cons: 1- The Food is awful and the word awful is not enough to describe 2- At the dinner, the quantity of food is bad and also the quality of food (it is not tasty) also there are flies everywhere in the restaurant. 3- The Breakfast is the same, and you have to cross the other side of the street to go to the breakfast hall for no reason, as i mentioned above the hotel is big and well established, why you let guests cross the main road of Safaga-Quseir to have breakfast. 4- The rooms are not sound proof, at night I can hear everyone talking passing by my room door and out of the balcony 5- The WiFi is not free, how come in 2017 you still charge people for internet, this is not acceptable 6- Most of the staff are rude and not welcoming except few of them 7- At night, there is only a small place for animation, i tried to smoke shisha and it was very bad. 8- I can see that the hotel is expensive for its services.
Very Nice Hotel, with a pretty good Breakfast Buffet and the same for dinner (just had half board). The Housereef is amazing. Theres also a very very good Diving Center, i totally can recommend. The staff is very nice. The rooms are clean und comfortable.
Iwas been in this hotel before everythings in hotel good but still need small service like pedicure&manicure &facial programs and more bazars ....i mean good hotel but no more activities .. sorry about my review but its fact
A great place to relax, the staff is nice and friendly, the food is varied and satisfies all kind of tastes. The coral reef is beautiful here and the nearby diving.de station organizes lots of interesting sea excursions.
