Gorgeous, immaculately clean, enormous room steps to the beach. Stunning views of the crashing waves. Very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds. Attractive devor. The location is incredible and there is a wonderful pool, super comfy bed and great views. The property is still being built so our unit was missing a few things from the photos: no TV (not a big deal for us), no table, no door on the bathroom/toilet area or shower. I was traveling with my spouse, so not a big deal, but this would have been awkward with our kids. Lower units appear to be featured in the photos. We’d return and ask about which unit and its completeness.

This place has a great location and has tons of potential. Unfortunately, we ran into a few problems. Some were fixed and others were not. The host was great, attentive and apologetic. The property however has some inherent problems. Our mountain view deluxe suite had no patio furniture excepnwhat appeared to be a small desk chair and table, the refrigerator was unplugged and smelled awful and wasn't usable, the a/c and fan we're in operational ( a/c function was restored almost immediately),.toilet was slow to flush/refill. No beach towels or chairs were provided. Limited searing around pool deck. Just a lot of details that we're definitely lacking. For the money it felt more like camping. Really love this beach town and surrounds but would choose another accomodation next time, sadly.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. I'd give 0 star if I could. We booked an oceanfront 2-bedroom villa (Apr 5–13), and the property was in poor condition from the start—dirty, outdated linens, dim lighting, and not as advertised. The hot water lasted only 2–3 minutes, making it impossible to shower properly. Many basic amenities were missing (hair dryer, coffee machine, toiletries, even enough AC remotes). Some items were provided later, but it didn’t fix the overall experience. The biggest issue was a severe bug infestation. On the first night, I was unable to sleep as bugs were crawling all over the bed and my body. Pest control later confirmed bugs throughout the mattress, sheets, and furniture. Even after treatment, the problem continued, resulting in multiple sleepless nights and visible bite marks. We were forced to move between rooms and even separate into different properties. Out of 8 nights, 5 were heavily impacted. This property is not habitable in its current condition. I strongly recommend avoiding this listing. The host agreed with refund. However, no refund has been issued, and subsequent follow-ups have gone unanswered.
