Two bedroom condo, one room with 1 king bed and the second room with 2 queen beds. Two bathrooms, one full and the second a half bath with an additional outdoor shower. Open concept living room, kitchen, with a nice sized island. Eat inside in the air conditioning at the 6 person island, or enjoy the outdoor space with another table under the shade of the umbrella and mature Baja landscaping. Lounge on your private chairs or relax by the pool just on the other side of the fence. While this is a shared complex, unit 7A has the largest fenced in patio!! You will have the privacy you need as if it is your own private home. Ground floor makes getting to the beach with all your beach items a breeze! 5 minute walk to beach. All the beach amenities included, chairs, surf boards, boogie boards, cooler, umbrella and a few toys. Wifi available. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to create meals at home.

The circular salt-water pool wraps around an 800 year old cactus.
