The house is really a 3 bdrm 2 bath that has the garage converted into two separate rooms and there is HV/AC installed into the garage as well as supplemental heat and ventilation. Washer and dryer. Oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, high speed internet.
