Booked the property, received confirmation, and was charged—everything appeared standard until check-in, when no access information was provided.A Vrbo representative was responsive and made multiple attempts to contact the host while also searching for alternative accommodations on short notice. Despite those efforts, there were no comparable properties available within an hour.While hotel options were limited, Vrbo stepped in, covered the additional expenses, and did what they could to resolve the situation.Hopefully, this listing is no longer available and accidentally visible vs. poor hosting. Should you find yourself booking this property? I would definitely make sure that you get a hold of the host first and/or double check days in advance to arriving.Bottom line: Vrbo support showed up. The host did not.
