Este esplendido apartamento de 90m2 cuenta con amplios ventanales que dan hacia los 4 costados del apartamento. Al frente, las imponentes montañas del Parque Nacional de La Caldera de Taburiente. Por otro lado, vistas directas al Océano Atlántico, y por los otros dos laterales, vistas a Cumbre Nueva con su espectacular cascada de nubes y Cumbre Vieja con su conocida ruta de los Volcanes.

El apartamento se encuentra rodeado de jardines y tiene un aparcamiento techado dentro de la propiedad.

Zona muy tranquila, prácticamente rural, aunque a escasos 20 metros se encuentra el casco urbano de El Paso, municipio central de la isla de La Palma. Ahí encontrará un Hipermercado, gasolinera, restaurantes cercanos. A pocos kilómetros del Centro de Visitantes de la Caldera y Mirador de la Cumbrecita.

Se puede llegar en Bus (línea 300), ya que la parada central de El Paso está a 5 min a pie. La isla tiene una estupenda red de senderos y es un lugar idóneo para los amantes del senderismo. De cualquier forma, se recomienda el uso de vehículo para poder visitar la isla si se viene pocos días.
