Stephanie ist einfach spitze! Sie hilft mir immer bei Problemen mit meinem Zimmer und sorgt dafür, dass ich schnell wieder reinkomme, wenn mein Schlüssel mal nicht funktioniert. Auch Frau Betty ist supernett und immer sofort zur Stelle. Sie hat mir sogar Putzmittel geliehen, obwohl ich mir selbst welche hätte besorgen können. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten, allein schon wegen des tollen Kundenservices!
