Great rooms near the desert

Hotel and rooms were very good. Just a couple of additions are needed. Hairdryer in the room(our phone was dead so couldn't ring for one). A kettle to boil water for an early cup of tea or coffee would be appreciated. There was a lack of information in the room and on the website about facilities e.g. Spa was closed apparently we were out of season it would have been good to have this information. Overall a pleasant 3 nights lovely staff and complex.

Miło,ale nie do końca. Algieria jeszcze nie gotowa

Piękna okolica w obrębie obiektu, ograniczone atrakcje w samym obiekcie, bardzo ograniczone śniadania, bardzo miła obsługa, jednak kierownik obiektu nie pomógł w poważnym kłopocie - odwołany bez powiadomienia lot z El-Oued do Algieru, brak innego lotu z El-Oued, loty połączone z Algieru do Paryża i Berlina i obowiązki lekarza w Polsce - kierownik hotelu El-Gazelle odmówił szybkiego transferu na inne lotnisko i w efekcie kolejny lot niemożliwy do osiągnięcia - na własną rękę podróż smochodem 500 km do Algieru. Obsługa lotniska sąsiedniego Biskira - nie do zaakceptowania, pomimo poinformowania o naszym przyjeździe i potrzebie lotu do Algieru, kierownik lotniska sprzedał 4 miejsca znajomym i nie wywiązał sie ze zobowiązania telefonicznego. Gdyby kierownik hotelu El Gazelle użyczył swojego samochodu transferowego zdążylibyśmy do Biskira wcześniej i nasza podróż powrotna udała by się bez problemów. Samochód z hotelu El-Gazelle przywiózł nas na lotnisko w El-Oued i czekał 2 godziny, a mógł w tym czasie przewieźć nas do Biskira. Kierownik hotelu El-Gazelle nie wyraził zgody na tansfer w sytuacji poważnego kryzysu i nieuzasadnionego odwołania naszego lotu, bez powiadomienia nas, na który to lot mieliśmy bilety od 2 miesięcy i podaliśmy algierski numer telefonu kontaktowego w razie potrzeby. Bardzo nieprzyjemny i kosztowny akcent końcowy naszego pobytu (konieczność wynajęcia samochodu i całkowicie prywatna podróż do Algieru, aby zdążyć na samolot do Paryża i dalej do Berlina)

Très decevant pour des actifs

Hôtel très beau mais prison dorée. Nous souhaitions faire de grande virées dans le désert (comme à Taghit ou Timimoun l’année précédente mais malgré les assurances de l’hotel, nous sommes restés coincés dans le périmètre avec pour seules activités une balade en chameau de 20mn et une ballade en 4x4 de 30 mn dans le périmètre du complexe. Pas de possibilité de faire de virée à l’extérieur. La piscine (ainsi que ses annexes- bar, restau grill) est fermée e hiver, seuls deux restaus type self accessibles). Quant aux « tentes », pas grand chose à voir avec la photo... pas très grand, sombre, pas de séchoir à cheveux, douche bouchée et porte d’entrée bloquée pendant plus de 3 heures. Le tout est très frustrant car on paie quasiment 200€ par jour pour un couple pour ne rien faire. Amateurs de dunes et de randonnées journalières, passez votre chemin. Par contre, soirée du 31/12 très bien organisée.
