The House is located in a new City of El Mirage. The house was built in 2005. Everything in the house is very functional. The rooms are large and with clean bathrooms. It's an Estate ran by a company that makes sure every rules are observed. It has two parks for people to have fun, and the children to play.. It's located near many shopping centers and banks. Every City companies are around the area, like Police Stations, Fire services, Hospitals and many other needed facilities.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and an ironing board.
