This new modern house is perfect for your escape to San Jose Del Cabo. Watch the whales from the back patio. Amazing beaches with easy to access by walking or take one of two custom golf carts. Complete with 4 king bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, three outdoor living areas, a pool, spa, BBQ grill, guests will have everything they need for a memorable stay. This home is light, bright, and was professionally decorated with all custom furnishings. Palmilla is the most upscale community in all of Cabo beautiful surroundings and pleasant amenities make this property the perfect choice for your vacation. By golf cart you have easy access to 13 restaurants, grocery store, spa, boutique shopping, art galleries, and even the world's only Clase Azul tequila restaurant. A highly recommended in home chef is available upon request and for an additional fee. Choice of 3 spa's, access to the One and Only resort restaurants. No smoking, no vaping, no pets.
