A nice property in the heart of el calafate. Modern and clean. Only negative is the staff who were quite unfriendly to the guests. That was quite disappointing especially considering how nice everyone is in town.
A nice place to visit and nice hotel to stay with very friendly staff and spacious common place. A small complain is the internet a bit slow especially in the evening. Would love to visit and stay again.

The staff pays attention to your needs and offers terrific advice on the local hikes--listen to them! They really know what they're talking about! Kaulem was our home away from home in El Chalten and we will definitely be staying there again!
Kaulem takes customer service seriously! The staff gave us valuable advice regarding day treks in the area, answered all our questions, provided amazing breakfasts, and were genuinely concerned when we returned from a four-day trek late at night. They went above and beyond in so many ways. We really felt like Kaulem was our home away from home. The staff is bilingual in Spanish and English, the rooms are clean and safe, the location is perfect. You can walk right out of the hotel to popular trail heads and restaurants. We will be staying here again!!!!
