The hotel is centrally located with easy access to restaurants bars and stores. the area is safe with plenty of private parking space available. The room was clean and the staff was always kind. The breakfast was good with everything you need for starting your day. A good experience all together.

Excellent hotel in nice location, close to the bus terminal. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes around. Service is exceptionally good. You could see Fitzroy from rooms on backside. Breakfast is ok. No eating in the room.

On a clear day the view is spectacular. Shared space is updated, clean, and cozy. They have a wood burning traditional fireplace that makes the space welcoming. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but a little small.

Rules against any food in your room and not allowed to use the breakfasts area to bring food in (pizza). Tour groups get breakfast 30 minutes earlier than guests. Bananas and oranges were cut in pieces but would not give a banana to go. No toiletries. Thin walls and Very loud.

Staff was friendly and the place is cute. The beds were comfy. It’s more like a bed and breakfast. We planned an early start for a day hike and needed to pack some lunch for the trails. There was no fridge in the room and they didn’t offer any place for guest storage. Luckily we rented a car and it was cold overnight, so we kept our lunch in the car outside.

Sorry to say but this hotel is way past its prime. Rooms are cramped an outdated and look like a throwback to 1975. The staff is trying to make up for it by being really nice, but this cannot hide the fact that the owners obviously didn't invest anything in upkeep for years. Even as a "budget" solution it is not quite acceptable.

Very cute hotel with very easy access from the bus station in el Chalten. Close to several restaurants and amenities and with a very attentive and personal touch from the staff. Nice little room a bit to renovate but with a charming touch. We enjoyed our stay.

My room had multiple maintenance and technical issues: 1. No outlet available to charge my phone (had to improvise) 2. The heater in my room would shut off constantly (made for some very cold nights) 3. The toilet's "flush" botton would constantly disconnect. There is only one maintenance worker who works during the day who would come fix it every time it happened but if it happened during the night I were to be left with my "production" until the next available time he were to come. Absolutely disgusting! The only star goes to the kind and helpful women in the reception and to the decent, modest breakfast.

The staff at the hotel is great and make you feel great about your stay. Unfortunately the rooms need to be renovated or updated. Again, the stuff is great but that is it. Regretfully our experience with the facilities was not great at all and if we had the opportunity to go back to El chalten, this is NOT a hotel we would stay at. For the price you pay, I would expect to get a bit more specially this being a hotel and not a hostel.

We had a fantastic 5 night stay here during our time in El Chalten. Eugenia who was the hotel receptionist was amazing and greeted us with a friendly smile every day.
