Large unit with several gas heaters in multiple rooms. The host only turned on 1 and stated to contact them if we wanted to adjust the heat. Host was unresponsive after the first request didn't work. It wasn't until the second day when a lovely woman getting a neighboring unit cleaned were we able to turn on one more heater. She couldn't get the other heaters to work, the host said they would send someone but never did. One person had to sleep in a sleeping bag because their room would not heat up. Everyone slept in multiple layers and with many blankets. Bathroom door would not close. No doors would close. Bathroom window was broken and stuck open. Overnight temperature was around freezing. Bedroom windows were very draft. Water pressure was very wonky. Host messaged "the unit is ready for you" but didn't give any other direction, we had to figure out which unit in the complex was ours based on which one was unlocked. There were other unlocked units but had people's things in it or was being renovated. Host stopped responding after we arrived. Huge dust bunny on the floor. No hangers in the wardrobe. Stains on the linens. Would not recommend but it's el chalten and there aren't a lot of options.
