Die Wohnung ist aus den 90er Jahren, dito die Möbel, Rollos waren defekt, in einen Zimmer war es deshalb immer dunkel, die Ventilatoren habe teilweise nicht funktioniert, die Küchenausstattung fehlte zum Teil oder war unbrauchbar - gute Lage, aber nicht wohnlich.
