First line villa with access to the bay and sea in very quiet location!

First line villa with several terraces situated in the villa area of El Campello, Coveta Fuma. It is a quiet area where Spanish and foreigners live the whole year. As it is located at the first line you will enjoy incredible views to the sea and coast of El Campello to Alicante. From the villa there is a direct access to a very nice and private bay which is only used by the neighborhood. The bay is perfect for swimming and snorkeling.

Walking into the villa you will find in the first floor the entrance, the living - room, a dining - room, kitchen, guest toilet, one bedroom with bathroom en suite and a large terrace with direct access to the swimming pool area. In the second floor there is one bedroom, one bathroom and a large terrace and in the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and access to another terrace area. With 5 bedrooms we can receive 14 guests, however you can request 2 additional beds at a cost of €150/unit. per stay There are in total 7 different terraces with about 300 m2, all with amazing sea views. The house has installed air - conditioning in living room, dining room and all bedrooms. Towels, sheets and beach towels are provided.

To the tram station it is about 600 m (8 min walking distance), from there you can go in direction El Campello (Alicante) or in direction Benidorm (Denia). The next supermarket you find in 2 km from the house. To the access to the motorway it takes 5 min. by car and to the next city, El Campello with port, restaurants, supermarkets (Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour) it is about 6 km. To the center of Alicante there are 20 km and to the airport of Alicante 30 km. From the airport to the villa it takes 25 min by car.
