The dining room staff was surly. The reception was uninformed and we had to spend time waiting for them to contact others on more than two occasions.

The property was clean and neat and rm well appointed.the staff was receptive and tried to help with any issue.biggest drawback wwas that we weren't informed that the indoor pool was in the spa area children under 16 were not allowed to use it.this deprived our grandchildren of their swimming as outdoir pool closed for inclement weather.this should be communicated to customers when renting.we would have made arrangements elsewhere.otherwise hotel and food excellent

The hotel was great. the food at diner was not great its was OK.

It was very good, I like the hotel service was great, Food was great

A very nice hotel but not five star. staff was nice. food was good but dining room very crowded and tables to close together.

Nice hotel, close to the beach. Good food, nice staff, clean rooms, etc.

We had a very pleasant stay!!!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. We enjoyed the Dead Sea and the outdoor pool. Next time we will be sure to enjoy some spa services - too quick a trip!!! We recommend a 2 night stay!!!!

What a lousy hotel and low class service. The key to the door doesn't work for the fourth time. No service at all at the hotel's restaurant. They scammed us by up-selling on services we don't need. The room smells old and moldy. The hotel is not as close to the dead Sea as the others and the facilities are shut down early, so there's nothing to do - we feel like we were scammed - any lousy road motel is better than this one. Beware.
