Unbelievably friendly staff, entertainment was top notch and jaw dropping, the food was non stop and beyond this world you literally get a food coma after each meal, alcohol was always available, the best all inclusive hotel by far! Everything from the staff to the service to the food to the drinks to the shows and entertainments to the activities to the pool and beach areas to the stay, all remarkable! Super Kids friendly and Adult friendly as well. Can't describe how amazing this place truly is, you got to experience it for yourself. You will walk out of this place only to keep coming back! Managers and VPs are the best! The entertainment staff and bar tenders and restaurant staff are all so friendly, caring, warm and fun. Robi the head of the entertainment department will make sure you and your family get included in all the activities and give you a shout out for a celebration/birthday. Tal the head Manager is the best, she will go out of her way to accommodate you and take great care of you and make your stay super comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Ucoral! Can't wait to come back!

We were shocked by how terrible this hotel turned out to be. The pictures and description online were completely misleading. The place was old, dirty, and poorly maintained โ€” definitely not worth the amount of money we spent. The room smelled musty, the furniture looked like it hadnโ€™t been updated (or cleaned) in decades, and the cleanliness was beyond unacceptable. Stains on the bedding, grime in the bathroom, and dusty surfaces everywhere made it impossible to feel comfortable. We expected at least the basics for the high price we paid, but this place failed on every level. It was a total rip-off and a huge disappointment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere โ€” this place should not be in business until it gets a serious overhaul.

Food was great, as well as the staff and shows. Hotel is oldish and our room was in need of a fresh paint job and rug clean up. There also was some bedbugs in the room.

We absolutely loved this property!! We arrived late and the desk clerk had stepped away. Staff directed us to dinner and we returned for an easy checkin.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Staff was extremely rood and helpless. All facilities are extremely dirty. Private beach was under construction and we were not told about it when we weโ€™re making reservation. Staff does not speak English at all - well it is Israel, but if hotel welcomes foreign clients- At least somebody should speak Englishโ€ฆI guess. Only food was excellent I. A very dirty eating area. I will not recommend to stay at this resort.
