This large hotel resort has a very central location in Eilat. We had a big apartment with a bedroom and an alcove, an open kitchen, two bathrooms and a big balcony facing the pool garden. It would have been easy to spend many weeks in this comfortable accommodation. The pool area is also nice and it's only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Buffet breakfast is among the best ever. Excellent price-quality ratio in all.
I must admit I was concerned about this hotel having read some of the reviews. We had been persuaded to book it by a travel company without having done sufficient research but my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and its facilities. The hotel was much busier at the weekend (Friday and Saturday) than when we arrived on Tuesday afternoon but because of the time of year not unbearably so. As we are a mature couple it would have been less pleasant if the hotel was filled with lots of noisy children so I certainly wouldn't recommend it during holiday periods. Things were kept clean in the common areas and in the bedrooms. Whilst everything worked in our bedroom, the sofa was grubby and well used, the kitchen equipment had seen better days and there certainly wasn't enough to cook a proper meal. The restaurants and cafe were of a reasonable standard with the biggest disappointment being the lack of knowledge of reception staff as to when the Mediterranean Restaurant opened after Shabbat. As we're not Jewish, the religious aspects of Israeli life causes us some confusion. Needless to say we didn't starve when the restaurant wasn't opened on Saturday evening as promised. It therefore seems that this restaurant is closed two nights a week which does seem strange. I can see why the hotel is enjoyed by families. The pool areas were well used, There seemed to be a first floor outside mezzanine area where children were able to play and the games room was being completely stripped out and renewed in time for the passover holiday. Everything a kid could wish for. Staff were generally helpful and there was a reasonable level of English spoken which is always a help. I could definitely be persuaded to go back.
We took a suite for the whole family, 2 rooms with a yard that are located in the private area and it was magical. Tropical paradise in the middle and the rooms all around it. Hotel is quiet and a lot of pools around. fun, great great service ! very recommended
Tropical paradise in the middle and the room all around. Quiet and chil pool area. It is a very big hotel so even if its full you will enjoy some privacy and comfort. Breakfast is very good. Staff extremely helpful. A good experience
The location and the garden of this Hotel are amazing, something of special. It's not new so maybe some area, like the restaurant, look not so cool, so traditional luxury. Clean and order everywhere The Breakfast is amazing.
A 3 night extended weekend at this Eilat hotel was very nice. The options are multiple. You pay for basic room and can add on restaurant or snack or not as you wish. Apart from shabbat, we feasted outside the complex but you dont have to do. It has its own boulevard of shops and cafes and also has its own restaurant for breakfast and dinner as well as a pool chillout food place. The hotel's suites give you a small kitchenette complete with mini ceramic stove, toaster, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. A lot is crammed in but there is plenty of space. Each room has a tv with cable channels. Outside the room there is a patio with a sunbed and table and chairs. We had 1 issue with the room key but it was eventually sorted out. This hotel is geared to families with activities for children and special pools and slides.
We had a very large room with kitchen to cook if you want .3pools one with sand children love it .The food was good. The staff were helfull.Large place for children to play.Near the sea and shops. There is asupermarket in the hotel.
Lovely family hotel. Nice suite with nice small but functional kitchen. Breakfast is good with enough variety. Room cleaning is very slow. Lovely outdoor areas for kids. Need to clean after the cats near the "sea" pool...
