Ruth was extremely rude at the excursions desk and opposite of helpful and had an attitude when I asked her about the hours of coral beach. She said she had no idea. She didn't want to answer any questions period. She made faces that she didn't want to help and just directed me to the reception. Extremely bad experience dealing with her and I would not recommend this hotel Who hires ride stuff.

Pros; Good location and short walk distance to the beach. Rooms were huge, for us even too big. Attentative cleaning service, they cleaned our room every day. Good playground areas for kids. Lush garden and many swimming pools. We had a half board, food was tasty and lots of alternatives. Cons; The main problem in hotel was the staff itself. Most of them were russians who didn't speak English. Pretty frustrating to ask even a small spoon, they really didn't even understand that. Reception staff was a bit better but in the restaurant it was hopeless!!! And especially the girls who were standing to welcome clients to eat had a serious attitude problem. Russian girls didn't had a clue what customer service means!! Hotel has a nice "sandy" beach but one of the hotel guardians came to say to my 5 year old boy not to play there. So all the kids digging the sand etc plays was prohibited. Why there is a beach if kids can't play with the sand?? Overall, wouldn't go there next time because of it's service level is so poor that you just get mad every single day.

We come to Eilat at least twice a year and for the last 6-8 years, we have always come here. The major advantage is that each room has a small kitchenette to store food and cook and also a small dining room table (convenient to work there too with computers and documents) and- best of all- a large thick sliding wood panel door between the bedroom and the sitting room, allowing one guest to sleep in total darkness while the other can be in the lighted living area. The place is well managed with good efficient friendly and nice service. It seems that the cleaning staff are always busy in the public areas. And the cleaning staff of our room was also very good. The food is good and plentiful. There are always again many workers busy and moving as fast as they can to help the guests as quickly as they can. There are polished professional usherettes in spiffy elegant starched uniforms (with fancy communication devices in the ears and on the belts)- they look so professional- who will assist and find seating for the guests. And this is so different from the Leonardo fatal hotels where the guests are on their own, wandering around the uncleaned unprepared tables. There is boiling hot water at all hours of day and night- it flows freely and steaming immediately. The pool area is an artificial sandy beach and is a novel and successful idea. The kids love it at this family hotel... and in mid October, the weather was nice enough for going in the pool!!! The only two negatives- The synagogue is a converted conference room that can double for business meetings. The bare minimum Torah stands are portable and placed there. So if that is important to you, go to the Queen of Sheba Hotel synagogue for your prayer services. And the door does not engage behind the guest when entering and leaving the room- you must be sure to pull or push it and confirm that it is locked.... it was this way last year too.

Ideal location in the center of the tourist portion of Eilat. Expansived grounds with swimming areas, but unfortunately smoking is permitted outsidenear the nice areas. Helpful and upbeat staff and we had a spacious and well-equipped suite,.

We are fans of this hotel. We have stayed here 6 times. It is the best value for money for a family stay of 5 people. Rooms are spacious and in a good condition. We didn’t take a breakfast included reservation, because it is costly. It means you need to find solutions. Beach breakfast is the best solution. Eilat is a great place to spend a summer type vacation.

Stayed here 4 nights, in a one bedroom suite. Our room was overlooking the gorgeous swimming pool. The suite is pretty spacious. On a HB plan, the food is excellent, I suggest eating outdoors, the atmosphere is much better than indoors in my opinion. On weekends they open an additional dining room with a large outside seating area. Yonatan was kind enough to bring me cappuccino to my table. Tabera, the young woman from house keeping on our floor, was always in a good mood, smiling, very pleasant. Only downsides I can think of: the sofa bed in the living room isn't very comfortable for an adult, maybe for kids it's fine. The pool seems to have a jacuzzi, but not really... It's just a small round pool with cold water. The pool is made up of different sections that used to be connected with small water slides that are no longer operational. Despite that, the pool and gardens are lovely, well kept and enjoyable. The beds scattered around the grass by the pools are great.

Stayed with my family for one night and enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. the hotel belongs to the isrotel hotel chain so you can be sure the staff, service and overall will be top level and as far as i know its prices are not as high as the others around it. if you have kids then the pools will be a blast and you will enjoy !!!

I stayed there for 2 days. Overall quality of room is good. Most importantly, the room and bathroom was extremely clean. It has free wifi that was also nice. Food was pretty delicious. But the water they give on the big bottles ice in it is a tap water

A little old, but all the rooms are large suites who has kitchen and other stuff. It has two large pools - one with sea sand and the other is regular one. The food was moderate. There is a lot of parking lot, and it's close to the whole shopping centers.

I can’t understand why I was convinced to book a room again at the Royal Garden I paid about 450 USD a night without breakfast for. 3 star hotel The room which was on the ground floor had seen better days everything should have been renovated a long time ago for these prices There were ants in the room every day which no one bothered about The pool was freezing cold and swimming in the Red Sea was much nicer My kids didn’t want to go after the first 2 Days and you could hear everybody complaining about the water The staff was not at all nice and parking was a headache although we are club members
