The BEST hotel in EIlat ! Location, food , rooms, facilities every thing what behind perfect. !!! The hotel staff is professional , the level of service was at the top . We will definitely return and recommend our friends to visit . No doubt it's the #1 hotel in EIlat !
We just left the queen of Sheba and could not recommend it more highly. We had a wonderful stay. The bed was very large, one of the biggest beds we ever slept in. The living room had a pull out sofa bed for the kids which was a little tight for 2 big kids but manageable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We tried many different foods. The staff was great. Very attentive and helpful. The location is perfect. Right near the sea, water spots and the marina. The pool area was clean and the towels always available. Would recommend and stay here again.
We had a jam-packed visit to Eilat, including a 5am Hike, paragliding, beach visits, a bedouin tent and more... not usually the type to spend much time in the hotel... but this was different. Let's start with the breakfast. Wow. Just Wow. Everything from the fresh eggs to the malawach (traditional yemenite fried pastry), from the cakes and croissants to the shakshuka, was amazing and plentiful. We had multiple breakfasts and just couldn't get through it all. Then the pool. Lovely atmosphere, with lifeguards and plenty of staff. Towels were regularly refreshed and the poolside bathrooms were cleaned often. It overlooks the beach and you can take a lift from the pool down to a shopping mall on the Tayelet (promenade) which is perfect. The location of the hotel is the centre of them all - a short walk from the malls (Mall Hayam and Ice mall), literally on the beach, right next to the iconic pedestrian bridge over the marina. One final thing... ride the glass elevator to the 12 floor and down again. It;s wonderful. Worthy of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory!
We were worried since this is an older hotel it wouldn't be very nice so we had our tour guide request updated rooms. We were very happy with them - they were spacious and clean and modern. Since our room wasn't ready on time they upgraded us to a larger corner suite. It was very nice! Great location to shops. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! The Shabbat dinner that the hotel catered was not as good as I had expected but it was fine. Nice spa and kids play room on lower level. Pool was great too!
I can reduce my review to one word: WOW! This was an exceptional resort hotel experience. From the moment we entered the reception area, we only interacted with courteous, well-informed staff. Our room was a delight--plenty of space, well-appointed. Last but not least--absolutely delightful meals. Delicious food (wide variety of choices), exceptional wait and help staff. A hotel stay which we will long remember..
The Hotel is awesome! Especially Tali the reception manager that made our vacation more then expected!! The execative lounge is great! In my opinion they hitel deserevs its stars!!! Thank you for a great start!
This was my first trip to Eilat and definitely not my last, I LOVED this hotel. First, the customer service was amazing. Any question I had was answered promptly, the hotel staff did a great job of recommending snorkeling and jeep ride trips. Whoever the manager is at this property is doing a great job because good customer service goes hand in hand with how employees are treated. It really shows! The beach and pool areas were beautiful and very clean, the views were beautiful! The food was really really good and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Don't walk but run to this hotel --coming from a person who travel a lot, this place is on top of my list!
Write on behalf of my daughter as she has no TA. The welcomming was disaster with the receptionist, was very unpatient. We only wanted to know the openning hours of Gym room , his answer was look at folder in your room. after signing checkin he threw the pen on the table. Room we got needs refurbish. No Porch which makes it unpleasant room. Breakfast was to noisy. swimming pool noy clean. will not come back.
My husband and stay at the Queen of Sheba Hotel for 1 night. I heard it was a good hotel but truthfully didn't do my regular research on Trip Advisor! It is a large hotel with many rooms. We booked a room with a balcony and ocean view and were disappointed with a city view with no balcony so they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom (still with no balcony or ocean view). After a long day I crawled into bed to a stain on the sheets. So at 1am I called for housekeeping to change the sheets. Luckily they promptly arrived. The room was run down with stains on the wall (as well as sheets). The pool area was extremely over crowded. There wasn't any wait staff to order drinks or food and the over all look was not kept up (ie, wrappers on the floor not enough cleaning staff). The pool was a great respite from the sweltering heat but what do you expect from Eilat in July. In fact the dry heat was easier to deal with than humidity of Tel Aviv. I have to say the breakfast was delicious. That was the saving grace here.
The hotel is located in prrfect spot near the marina and walking distance from most of the attractions, beaches, water sport and restaurants. The hotel is offering good standart rooms with different configurations suitable for any kind of stay. There are a lot of food to choose from if you are having meal in your reservation so you wont stay hungry. The only minus is the hotel is almost always overcrouded so you can forget about quiet time near the pool or fast line during the meals
