The staff at the reception is very nice. We got everything that we asked for. Didn't have any problems at all. What we didn't like is the view. Didn't have any. The hotel is old and the corridors need a new paint and carpets.
There were many families(it was Passover). The location was ok. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good. The refrigerator in the room was great. I wanted internet in the room, and more cable channels when relaxing in the room.

The breakfast buffet was very nice. The down sides are (1) the physical facility has seen better days - probably 20 years ago, (2) the pool hours were from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm - which is extremely inadequate for Eilat in the summer (especially since the hotel is about a 20 minute walk away from the nearest beach. If it had been opened earlier in the day, it looked inviting for swimming laps. Bathrooms were a little "tired" and shabby.
