The room is small and the pool is not that big due to the number of people swiming in it!! No enough chairs around the pool! The food was fine but not that delicious food! Bad service! I will not stay again in it

the hotel avaiable nor far from beach. about ten minutes walk.It is siuatable for family with children.I think that hotel have problem with staff.in all elevator very dirty but in hotel is very good dinning room.the meal is tasty.

A perfect vacation spot for us. Great food. Helpful staff. The fridge didn't work when we arrived and they looked after it within minutes of our call to the front desk. Good food for all meals.

מלון נקי ונעים לשהייה. הכל כלול מפנק אבל לא לצפות למאכלי גורמה. האוכל סביר אבל לפעמים גם מפתיע. החדרים נוחים והמקלחת שלנו הייתה משופצת. יש חדר ילדים עם מפעילים ופעילויות. סה"כ חוויה מוצלחת

חופשה זוגית באוקטובר 2019

סך הכל המלון במיקום ממש טוב , האוכל לא ברמה גבוהה אבל גם לא מזעזע , אוכל בסדר גמור. התפריט הכל כלול ולכן זה נחמד , מדובר בשתייה של פפסי אז אל תצפו לקוקה קולה. הבריכה לא גדולה ככה שבשעת עומס מרגישים את זה ממש , ישנן מספר ליקויי בטיחות בבריכה כמו עצים שבורים שנכנסים לרגליים וזה ממש מסוכן ( קרה לנו ולילד נוסף ) הצוות במלון והשירות מעל ומעבר נתנו יחס חם וענו לכל דרישה, צוות בידור אין במלון מלבד זמר עם ערכת קריוקי בערב כך שאל תצפו לאטרקציה בערב. סך הכל שהות בסדר גמור לא שהינו בתקופת עומס אך ניכר כי המלון בעומס היה מורגש אחרת.

This place is all inclusive. I did not appreciate being told by the kitchen staff working behind the serving stations how much I could take at 1 time. Just be prepared for below average food served by a rude staff. I also did not like that I could not choose my table. Don't expect much at happy hour or for late night snacks

We had a great stay, the room was clean and the food was fantastic! The only disappointing thing, the pool was not heated. Such a bummer cause we would have loved to gone for a swim with the warm weather.
