This is our second vacation in this hotel and certainly not the lest. We came to a family vacation with kids. (9,6,4) kids enjoyed the pool, the water slides, a lot of different activities all over the day. Like making cookies or pizza, playing with balloons. And even performing on a real stage as a part of kids show. All over the day ice cream, the hotel is not a fancy one but it is clean the stuff is polite and helpful, We enjoyed our stay.
We stayed for 2 nights during Succot vacation, in a room with a pool view. The room is wisely located at a reasonable distance from the main pool, so it was not noisy. The service was excellent in all aspects: reception, dining room, lounge, room service, pool bar, room cleaning. The main attraction for kids is the amazing spiral water slide. My son loved it!!! The only thing that was really annoying was the fact that the corridors and stairs leading to the rooms were quite dirty!!! The food during meals was delicious and contained a wide selection of dietetic dishes. However, what they call " all included" was mostly of bad quality, except for the coffee. But I can't blame the hotel for that, after seeing the amounts of food guests were "loading" on their plates and taking to the rooms... All in all, we had a wonderful stay. When we visit Eilat again, we will probably return here...
the hotel is literally 50 meters from the sea salt compound so there's just terrible smell of rotten eggs in the air... doesn't matter if you are at the room or near the pool To add on to that.. the place is just filth, rooms have never seen a vacuum cleaner Not worth coming regardless of the price
Overall we had a good experience. Family with kids 3 and 5. The kids went on the water slides (some of them they were too young for) and were very happy with the pools. Even when there were a lot of people there was enough room for everyone and it didn't feel crowded. The kids club was nice. I couple of the staff were really great and we hung out there a few times. They also have a billiards table, fooze ball and movies. Food was good. Not amazing but good and satisfying. The all inclusive gives you unlimited ice popsicles, coffee, slushies, ice coffee and drinks. Coffee and cake at 4 pm was fine but nothing fancy. Usually one or two types of cake. The room was standard. Not huge but big enough. The kids slept on a pull out couch. Overall great for a family vacation but not a luxury trip.

While this is titled an "all inclusive" it's not like anything you've experienced in Turkey. It's basically a full-board hotel with free drinks (cheap ones, at one location with a very limited variety) plus one other perk for a short time once a day - pizza, ice-cream or the likes. There's actually a place called "the Pizza Bar" which they mention in their advertising, it works three times a week for two hours each time". Not really the impression you get from an all inclusive with a "pool side Pizza Bar". Service was also a real issue. Employees go around with shirts saying something like "your smile is our goal", but none of them smile. They generally do NOT look like they're enjoying what they do. Not at all. Room was ok. Fit for a fair 3-star. To the pros: the pool is nice, kids enjoyed it a lot. The water slides are fun, and the line was reasonable even though we were there during some of the busiest days of the peak season. Some goes for dining room - it was packed, but food was sufficient most of the time, and the place did a good job in making sure there are tables available whenever you come. The variety of food was great, quality fair enough. Overall, a fine family location, kids enjoyed themselves, but price was totally unreasonable. Better of with a half-board hotel. The price difference will allow to get extras of much better quality and variety during the day, and you'll be left with some. And there are better options in Eilat (all inclusive or not).
Great staff, willing to assist with any issue. The children spent all the day in the water park enjoying the water slides. נפלא לילדים: בריכה, מגלשות מים, מועדון ילדים. צוות שירותי מאוד, חייכני ואדיב. מעל כולם מנצחת המנהלת ורד המצוינת.
This is family and children oriented all-inclusive hotel. I liked our room, it was perfectly clean and even if it was in the ground floor, no noises were heard when inside the room. The food and drinks were really sufficient, huge choice and fresh. It is right that considering the capacity of the hotel restaurants were often chaotic, crowded and loud, with long queues. On the other hand everyone from the workers of the hotel I have interacted with tried the best to be helpful, kind and effective and made our stay really pleasant. I wish that in every hotel in Israel are employees like in this one.
The Leonardo Club Hotel offers everything a family needs in order to have a wonderful vacation in Eilat without leaving the hotel. The rooms are very clean, but need a little bit of rennovation. They are well equipped with hygiene products and towels. it also offers free wi-fi. There are three full meals during the day, and all-day snacks, drinks, cakes, and lemon-ice (from 0800 untill 2300), free of charge. The food is very tasty, and above all, varied. anyone can find something to eat. Staff members are very welcoming and friendly, both at the reception dest and around the hotel. The hotel pool is yet another attraction, as it has several water slides and is divided into 3 wide pools. The hotel is located right in the center of the hotel area and in a walking distance from the Ice Mall. Finally, it is not a luxurious hotel, but it offers a lot for ajust a reasonable price for a family, Highly recommended for families with kids. The only disadvantage is that the corridor is open and so in the summer it could be hot to walk from the air conditioned rooms to the lobby for example
We were traveling with a group of 11 adults and were booked at the Leonardo Club. We were disssapointed to find the pools closed down by 5:30 and no area designated for adults. Even the bar was right in the same room as a kids program and movie! While there was a large selection of foods, once you saw the masses of small kids sticking their fingers into the food and licking, it became very unappetizing! The restaurant was VERY loud and a chaotic mob of parents and children pushing their way up to get food. The rooms were rather run down and below par. Our room was dirty in some area and didn't seem to have had a good vacuum for a while. We had a king bed and a type of sofa hide-a-bed and both were made up, which meant there wasn't a place to sit in the room except for on the beds. I guess they always expect more than 2 adults in each room. This was incredibly inappropriate place for adults, and even if I had brought my family, I would have found the experience overwhelming and unacceptable.
