We were 2 families with 4 kids each. stayed at the hotel for 4 nights during the Passover vacation. rooms were nice, food was great and the service was excellent! There are many sports and recreational activities for all ages including soccer basketball and tennis courts. we even got a chance to take the hotel bikes for a ride around the city that was great way to enjoy an afternoon break.
Just stayed for 10 days for Pesach 2017 with 5 adults and 4 kids. Amazing food, huge pool area, great kids facilities, attentive staff, great location. Would not stay anywhere else in future. Only minor drawback was no programming was in English at all but didn't detract from our stay.
Went for a weekend with a big group. The hotel rooms are large and clean, the staff are very helpful and the restaurant is great! We had the all inclusive package and the only thing to worry about was the weight we gained over the weekend :-)
The hotel has a very friendly staff. The cleaning of the rooms was good. We got interesting entertainment in the evening. Unfortunately, the food was not so good, very poor choice of the soups, fish... The breakfast was better, but lunch and dinner almost tasteless... The waiters took plates away from the table without even asking, we couldn't finish our eating... The room- no hair dryer , this is a very uncomfortable... We had daily power outage in our room.. Unfortunately, such things spoil the impression from the hotel... especially within holiday... We would like to wish the hotel management to check how they can to improve mentioned disorders... It can help to keep a good impression that we always have after vacation in "Isrotel". Thank you.
Every year I go to Eilat the second week of January. It is organized quite well by a local travel agency. Each year it is a different hotel. This year it was the Sport Club. We had a big room with a porch. The view was beautiful and the porch was very nice. The hotel is all inclusive. There were no families with children because of school and in any case it was occupied mostly by the large group I was part of. The room was large and clean. The all inclusive part, personally I do not need that because my girlfriend and I are two older woman and we usually eat only what we would eat anyway. It was nice though to have tea and coffee at our disposal during the day and evening. The food was average. There was more quantity than quality but that has to be expected at a fully booked inclusive hotel. The dining room is big enough to accommodate a lot of people and it was not crowded. The waiters were very helpful and very efficient. It was a good experience.
We stayed with the family in 2 connected rooms. The room is very small. Instead of a porch you have the smallest window on the wall. You can't enjoy the view from it. The room is very out dated. The carpet have seen better days, and you can feel the broken floor tiles under it. Food was ok. Kids club was very good.
had a very nice time good breakfast not so good lunch and great dinners, the bar in the pool and in the loby olso - great the staff were so nice and friendly. this was really what made the hotel great
Isrotel sport club eilat is very busy and crowded . many families with children. tipical noisy israeli behaviour. all inclusive is very tempting but when you get there you see how terrible can be a visit in a hotel restaurant. so many people waiting in line to get inside. and when you are inside you realize that half of the place, half of the tables are free. and the noise- wow- it is hard to beleive that people choose to be there in free will. and in the room the view to the pool and to the see is nice. some basic amenities are missing and you can ask for them in the reception. keep away from this all-inclusive hotel/
This is a big hotel that offers a lot of options for guests -- outdoor pool, spa, fitness center, climbing wall, entertainment (including e-bingo). It seems very family friendly. The restaurant meals are all-you-can-eat buffets. Good food and lots of it. There can sometimes be a long line for the buffet. It is very close to Eilat's North Beach and boardwalk.
Very dirty and noisy in public areas, in the dining room dirty and not enough places for seat. Too much alcogol, but for non-drinks - only water and concentrates. The room had no balcony - only a small window with a view on the roof. In the beach - sunbeds and chairs (named Isrotel) paid. Big lines for the elevator during the all day, one spiral stairs in the whole hotel where you can not pull the baby carriage. But we liked everyday clining in the room and a new furniture.
