On 28-30 / 12/2017 I was staying with my wife at the hotel Unfortunately, instead of enjoying and relaxing from vacation and hospitality, I returned home tired, frustrated, and sleepless. The room I was staying in could not be used as a guest room !!! The room is near the elevator and over the entrance to the hotel. On both nights there was noise and shouting at the entrance of the security guards who did not rest. On Saturday there was a terrifying noise of the Sabbath elevator, an old-fashioned elevator with a 5-minute cycle coming to the floor and the doors slamming shut and a siren as loud as a train locomotive. In addition to the door of the room is an improvised door that is not suitable for a hotel in your ranking, there are large spaces between the door and the doorpost, so that all the noise from the outside penetrates the room. I felt that I would sleep in the street near a train station and not at the hotel !!! I turned to Isrotel's management with a complaint, and they replied that to this day no guest had complained, so this is a sign that everything is fine. This network disparages its guests, does not recommend anyone to stay in Isrotel hotel chain.
Stayed for 3 nights. Was amazed that the hotel is outdated need an overall cleaning. The food is in better need of a better chaff and more efficient staff Had to ask for a hair dryer, they claim to be a four star hotel more like a two star hotel.
Fantastic hotel, with very comfortable room and very good food. All inclusive - Amazing food. You can try what you want from Israel kitchen. Was there just 3 days but was awesome. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Pretty expensive but it is worth his price - recommend!
Fairly old hotel but very good staff, wonderful food, excellent position, value for money. Rooms a bit tired - carpet on the floor - very unhygienic - stains on carpets of what ? but not fault of housekeeping who were very good - just needs replacing.
We stayed in this hotel for the last three days of our trip in Israel. Got a nice rate on their internet site. Room is not the best (back side) but still quiet and clean. The all inclusive is very good, from breakfast to lunch and dinner, lots of choise. Nice swimming pool and pool bar. Walking distance to everithing.
Sport Club is a member of the Isrotel Hotel chain which is one of the largest chains in Israel. the hotel offers High class lodging and dining. it is situated just off Eilat's Happening beach side promenade in the middle of a vast Entertainment district. The food in the Hotel is for a lack of a better word, Incredible. with a huge verity one can easily fill up just by sampling the buffet in the dining room. Sports facilities include a fully equipped Gym and a swimming pool aside of easy access to the beach just off the seaside vista. nearby shopping centers offer convenience store access and postal services while most Extreme sport and desert safari are available for booking though the hotel's reception. in conclusion, this is definitely one of the best hotels I'v been to in my life, a must for anyone in Eilat.
To tell it how it is would take a lot of space, so in a nutshell: The staff do all possible to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. From check-in to check-out had a very good time. I was there for the yearly triathlon, so important for me to be comfortable. Check-in fast and so pleasant with polite crew manning the reception. Room we had was spacious, plenty drawers, hanging space and shelves, fridge and flat screen television. bathroom well appointed with a giant shower complete with toiletries which are refreshed daily. A glass door leads into teh bathroom from the bedroom which can cause problems as the light disturbs at night, especially if one is in bed and the other in the bathroom..A kettle and cups are also in the room. Dining room: excellent and varied selection of tasty foods at all meals, soft drinks, beer and wine included. Dont know about hard liquor as I dont drink. Facilities are ample for the stay we had. free WIFI is available throughout the hotel with a weak signal in the room but nearer the window or in the lobby just fine There is an entertainment crew although we could not take advantage of them. If I could make just one suggestion it would be to turn the mattresses once in a while so the wearing is even. Mine was a little worn down the one side. After many many stays there I can only highly recommend for an enjoyable hassle free stay.
The best thing about the hotel is the food served in all meals - delicious! And the great service from everyone. Keep up the great attitude guys, you rock! The hotel is pretty old, the rooms are basic, but have everything you need. It's an 'all included' hotel, which makes it very comfortable. We'll definitely come again.
Nice pool and outside bar, spacious rooms, hot tub, and truly excellent large buffet breakfast and dinner with changing delightful menus each day. We stayed here as part of an Israel Bike Ride group, and they were accommodating to our desire for earlier breakfasts at 6:00AM vs their normal 7:30 am vacation breakfast time. There is outside lounge seating as well as inside lobby lounging. I found 2 bars - one inside and one outside. It’s a short walk to the beach and shopping on the promenades is all around. In room 302 we had a beautiful view of the mountains and pool. Other rooms may look out onto the gulf of Aqaba and Red Sea a short distance away. The bathrooms are spacious. One recommendation is to ask for a hair dryer when checking in, as they are NOT automatically stored in bathrooms. Good value for a mid level hotel
We were sutprised to see the hotel. The rooms were clean , beautiful , very well equiped. The food was wonderfull! Only 1 dissapointment - coffee was not good at all. Swimmingpools were great ,and the entairtment was o.k
