Visited for 7 nights. Had a studio apartment with the small kitchenette, although didn't use this. Reception staff were friendly. Lots of parts of the room need re-doing ie lights falling off, paint peeling off wall, stains on furniture, toilet flush broken, hot/cold water the wrong way round on sink, air con sensor smashed and also the balcony glass looked like it had been shattered. The bed was actually surprisingly comfortable and I slept really well, however I did have ear plugs in because you could hear music and other people talking outside. We had one issue where the shampoo and shower gel dispensers were broken, however the staff got this fixed quickly. Air con is a bit annoying as it's on a sensor, so only works when you come in room. Takes a while to cool down. Must be even worse in the peak of summer as we found it hot in the room in March! Cleaning service not great, however at least the beds were made. Overall, good value for money, it just needs alot of general maintenance doing to it.

We recently visited the Riviera Club for seven nights. It's an average hotel which is slightly run down but it's more than acceptable if you're on a budget, especially given it's so close to the beach (about a five-minute walk). At first glance, the rooms are quite worn - but in reality, you get what you pay for. Our room (132) had a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, small electric stove), a large balcony, a double bed (two singles pushed together), one bedside table (we had to improvise using a wicker chair for the other bedside table!), a television, a table and two chairs and a bathroom with an over-bath shower. The rooms were serviced every day, but not fully cleaned (we knew because there was a hair in the bath from the start of our stay right to the end). The air con is a bit frustrating at first as it's on a sensor, so it's only on when you're in the room. So you'll return to a warm room til the air con has got up to speed. There's a pool (if you don't want to go to the beach) and a towel service too. The front entrance is manned pretty much all the time (we never entered or left the building without seeing security nearby) and there's a handy - and reasonably-priced - shop opposite reception. In all, it's well worth considering if you're visiting Eilat.

Hotel located in good tourist spot of Eilat, walking distance to the main attractions of Eilat. Walking distance from Eilat Airport (do not confuse with OVDA airport). Great swimming pool, gaming room for kids. Rooms little bit outdated but still acceptable. Friendly staff at reception. Free secure parking if you have rented car.

It's only 5 minutes walk from the beach and the Eilat promenade and very centrally located. There are self-catering apartments with free WiFi and a small but well-equiped kitchenette and also a mini-market is featured on site. The apartment we stayed at had 2 bedrooms and a nice view over the outdoor swimming pool (opened from 08:00 to 17:00 in February). The dinning room table was a little too big for the space it was in, blocking the access to the bathroom and the furniture even though it looked a bit tired, it was very well maintained. The rooms and the bathroom were very clean and there was soap/shower gel provided and towels as awell. There is also a play room with video games at the hotel, a pool table and a ping-pong table. The pool area is very nice, especially at night. The staff is nice and polite but not very well informed, couldn't provide us details about any of the basic activities one can do in Eilat such as scuba-diving centers or how to get to the Red Canyon.

Nice place for The price. Close to The Beach. Pretty clean and with all necessary Basic items. Slow Internet. Not many kitchen items. But reasonable compared to The Price and other hotels. I'd Reccomend it if you aren't looking for anything fancy.

My friends and I had a 4 people apartment. It was large enough to accommodate all of us. It had 2 bedrooms with clean sheets, a well equipped kitchenette and it offered us a nice view to the pool. The bathroom was clean and also were the towels. They provided us shampoo, shower gel and soap. Besides the pool (opened from from 8:00 to 17:00 in February) there is a pool table, a play room with video games and a mini-market inside the apartment complex. The staff was very nice and kind and it offered us all the information we needed. The hotel is close to Queen of Sheba Hotel and few minutes walking from the beach, promenade and the shopping centers.

We stayed in the Isrotel Riviera Hotel in Eilat for two nights in January 2018 as part of a short excursion during a two week trip to Israel. We booked initially because the review on Trip Advisor said that the hotel was close to the Ice Mall in Eilat, and my wife was curious about ice skating in such an exotic location. The hotel seemed to be designed for family vacations with cooking facilities. There is no food served, but there is a convenience store for people to buy food to prepare in the kitchens which are in all units. The prices in the store are a bit high and if you have a car there are better places to shop for food to do serious cooking. The hotel feels like a small village built around a swimming pool which has areas for water polo and fairly large expanses for swimming. While we there, the temperature never went above 25C as it was winter, yet a number of people relaxed around the pool and took the sun. Most guests were families with young children and there was some sort of onsite movie theater which we didn’t use. The architecture of the hotel is very angular and although clever, in our unit Room C149, I found that there was simply not enough room in the little but well-equipped kitchen and that the dining room table was too big for the space it was in, blocking access to the bathroom. The living room sofa converted into a double bed and the bedroom again neatly shoehorned in a double bed, but nothing else. The closets were in the living room. The heating unit in the bedroom was not working and maintenance staff had a portable heater in the room within minutes. There was ample hot water. In general I found the furnishings tired but well maintained. The service, from desk clerks to repair people, was polite and enthusiastic. A fond callout to Geneviève at the desk who went beyond the call of duty helping us book a second night at the hotel. We received a very good price for the room, particularly for the first night, and I feel that the hotel is a good choice for both couples and families. This place is not elegant but it is very centrally located near the beach and shopping with free parking and large clean suites. If you are looking for a lot of personalized service or food service, this is not the place for you.

We had a lovely room with a sitting room/kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable. The position was good, easy walk to shops/restaurants. We didn't use the pool, but the pool area looked nice! Car park is free and there is plenty of space; wifi good. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel, this would have been nice. Also it would have been good to have some soap for washing dishes - we didn't want to buy it as we were there for only 2 nights.

We were a group of people who made the booking via Booking.com, but at the arrival we have to spent more than one hour to be accommodated! The lady from the reception seemed not to know what is all about, haven't checked the e-mails and wanted the money cash, even if they answered through booking.com that is possible to pre-charge the card as requested. The manager of the hotel treated us like stupid and didn't want to discuss in details and the second day, at the departure, we had the surprise that the invoices were made per person, not per group according to the reservation. The explanation was that: Israel si not Europe, is something else! I would not recommend this hotel to anybody! Take care!

We booked via Booking.com five rooms for 4 pax each and requested to pre-charge the card account since we could not carry that card with us(travel agency card). Booking.com confirmed that they discussed with the hotel that could do that but would not guarantee this. We also contacted the hotel directly via their Email address but receivex no reply. When we arrived there we stayed in the lobby for one hour until our guide managed to figure things out with the manager and receptionist. It was so hard to make them understand the situatiation which seemd rather stupid. In the end we had to pay cash and they made xerox copy of the US Dollars because they thought we were giving them fake money.
