We stayied at the ksp for a week it was wonderful..we are recommend for all of you to come. The hotel in the center near the others hotels and 5 min from the see the staff are the best and the food is excelent!!!!.revital and yulia from public relation are very nice and helpful. We are coming back soon.
We stayed at the Isrotel King Solomon for a weekend and had an amazing time! Great location, excellent food for Shabat dinner, spoiling breakfast at Caffe Royal. The staff is very helpful and generous all around. Highly recommended!
first let me say that the hotel is very good, the rooms are nice and well kept, service is good and breakfast was excellent, offering anything one could imagine. However i rated the hotel as poor because when we arrived, i asked for an ice bucket. Room service notified me that they charge 7 NIS ($2) !!!for the ice bucket, i wasnt sure i heard him so he repeated .... I would have loved to be a fly on the wall in the management meeting where they decided to charge 2$ for an ice bucket, are they for real ? is this what it will get to be profitable. in every hotel in the world you can get as much ice as you want and no one thinks to charge for it, in many hotels around the world there are ice machines in every floor available for the guests. This hotel needs to understand that milking $2 for ice out of customers wont get them guest loyalty and profitability it will work as a Damocles sword against them. iw ill not return
I will start with the good stuff .. The rooms were nice but we had a street view so that was less . the food was fine dinner better than breakfest . We came with our baby daughter and i must say that it is almost imposible to get by with a stroller or weel chair . there are stairs everywhere and bairly passages for weels , that was very disapointing .
we been in kong solomon hotel in eilat. it was amaizng trip. the food was good..also the room. we come back for sure. im must tell revital and yonit allways help and make you feel like a reel king..tnx for evrebody.
We had family vacation on this hotel during sucot holiday, and it was outstanding! First of all, the service from the hotel's staff was the best i had in israel. From the reception, throw the room service, entertainment staff and even the lifeguards at the swiming pool. Everybody was so kind and helpfull. The food was magnificent! We had breakfast and dinner and it was perfect! There is a lot of activities for children. Also the hotel is placed in the center so it close to the shopping malls and to the airport. Very very recommended! The photo is from 12th floor
We came with family, on a holiday, so the hotel was full and crowded. We knew before we came that this hotel is really good for kids with alot of activites and shows for children, which was good becuase we came with 2 kids. The breakfast was nice and the dinner was good but not great. Room was good with nice comfy beds. However! The hotel felt over crowded! Which mean lines to the dinning room, lines to the elevator sometimes, no sunbeds near the pool were available, and kids everywhere!!! So if you want a nice quiet vacation, choose another hotel. For me, this is not a 5 stars hotel.
We stayed as a couple in October this year in 3rd floor room with pool view. To make it simple, the lobby has a bad smell, there is music from 9AM untill 11 PM and you can hear it very well in the room so you cannot have a nap in the afternoon. There is no parking so you have to find one with a voucher from the hotel. Breakfast is pretty bad. it feels like the hotel is serving the same dishes in the following day and the taste, even of the vegetables, is bad. If you go during holidays and Shabath, you cannot enjoy a good cappuccino (the bartenders make very good cappuccinos) Our room door was very dirty with a weird stain (I was afraid to ask) Now for the good part: There is staff everywhere and they always ask if everything is OK. As I said, bartenders make great coffee and that is rare. The room is well designed and is very modern and clean. the mads stop by once a day (not including the cleaning) and ask if you need something. that is awesome! I saw some managers keep telling the staff to clean here and there and I love it. The lobby is sparkling. The pool is big and you have a lot of chairs and sofas. You also have a kids area with a basketball court and a small water slide. Music is on all day (sometimes disturbing) and it adds to the atmosphere (please fix the sound it makes terrible bass noises) Overall, the price was good for a 2 night stay and we enjoied. I have been to many Eilat hotels and I can say it is one of the best. I gave 4 stars just because the breakfast is not good.
We stayed for 4 nights with 3 kids. The rooms were ok, the swimming pools were clean but cold. The team made their best to make us feel like 'king Solomon' with great service at the reception, in the dining room and by the pool. The rooms were clean and very comfortable both for us and for 3 kids staying in the next room. Highly recommended for families.
I stayed at the King Solomon with my family. It is an old hotel and the rooms need to be renovated. But the rest of the facilities were great. We loved the pool. I thought that the breakfast and dinner that the hotel offered was not great- but they had a wonderful salad bar. The location is wonderful and the staff was very helpful. This is in no way a 5 star hotel. If you go in knowing that, you will have a wonderful stay.
