We got what we paid for.... nothing more nothing l

Went there for a long diving weekend during the holiday. Keep in mind this is NOT A LUXERY hotel and so all around it should be calculated. my son and my self arrived recived the key and went up. the room was ok nothing else. you do have a minibar and safe BUT FOR EXTRA payment. the 1st day NO ONE prepared our room we had to ask for it. as this is a low cost place gusts are reflecting it. walls are very thin and you can hear the "coupels" at the next room. Breakfast was very nice parking is a bit problematic for some one who is not familiar with driving regualtions for a free parking.

The worst hotel ever. The smell in the room was terrible. The shower was all peeling off. There was no hot water in the room. The window was all filty.

1 Star Arcadia Spa Hotel

The Arcadia Spa was not a good experience. The Hotel is very dirty inside and out. 1. Our room was never cleaned. Sugar and long black hair was all over the tile floor. 2. The floor was so sticky, we had to wear slippers all the time. 3. A dirty cool drink glass on the table next to the TV 4. Long black hair on the bed pillows 5. 2 dirty glasses with toothpaste markes in the bathroom. 6. Wet bathroom floor due to a leaking toilet - looks as if it has been leaking for a very long time. 7. Shower curtain in shades of white, brown and pink from years of staines. 8. Soap dispenser in bath was empty. 9. Shower arm totally worn out. 10. Every time - Half way through a shower, the water dries up. 11. Towels smelled of cigaret smoke. 12. At night there were children sleeping on mattresses in the hall ways. 13. Our room was never cleaned during our stay. We had to use the same wet towels over and over. 1 smelly towel per person.

Great staff.

Great staff. Had a early pick up to go to Petra and the staff had a Togo breakfast ready for us. The rooms are a little worn but very comfortable. Good location but not real close to the beach. The breakfast buffet we had the second morning was good. The breakfast room is in the basement.

don't even bother.

We got this place for 55 a night. It was overpriced. It's location is great for its centrality to everything and the staff were nice. The breakfast was filling. However the towels were stained. The sauna had apparently caught fire and it was noisy. The walls are made of paper I could here the next room over talking on their cellphones...I heard the person on the other line. It was awful.

Budget hotel

When I go to Eilat, I usually go to this hotel (I need only a place to stay, nothing more). The hotel in very basic. if you are looking for a cheap place to stay in Eilat and you don't mind about cleanliness of the room or the hotel, noise I would suggest to go (only if the price is right). The hotel is located in center of the city of Eilat about 15 min walk to the beach (most hotels and other tourist attractions are located near the beach). The service is not one of the strong feature of the hotel. We asked for few basic things from the front desk and we had to ask them many time until they fix the problem.

For the price it's a fair deal

I enjoyed my stay. Most of the time we spent outside the hotel. Breakfast was okay. There was only one pillow per person. I'd prefer one more.

If you have to stay here, skip Eilat altogether

Seemed like it was run by the Russian Mob. Everytime we asked a question they got angry! No towels in the room, so when we asked they got mad! The AC is very bad, you will be hot. I specifically asked for the 2 bed option oin this site and still got only 1 bed even after asking at check-in time to verify, they said yes. Terrible Terrible hotel, not a hotel, really a run down motel, wi-fi really bad. Non-existent service. Stay away from this one at ALL Cost.You cannot easily get to the beach form this location. We had a car so we could get around.

needs updating

This hotel is next to the bus station & is in an older eclectic neighbourhood. It is a 20 minute walk to the southern beach/ major tourist area- big hotels, boardwalk... It has all of the amenities that are shown but is in need of a complete remodelling in all areas of the property. If your expectations are high & your tolerance for poor service & inadequately maintained & old amenities is low I recommend booking another Eilat hotel & paying a higher rate.

A very basic "bed and shower" for the night. Would have been good to have wifi available in the room. Still only worked intermittently in lobby. Very good location for Egged Bus Terminal - other side of road.

A cheap place to stay not more

This is a basic hotel and when the price is cheap it worth the money. This hotel attracts many young people and it may be noisy in the nights. I don't know exactly when they changed the mattress, but I could count every broken spring while laying on bed. During my stay I found one of the staff people in my room. I asked him, why he is in my room? and he said - he is checking which room is occupied ??? Breakfast is OK and basic, good enough for me. A note about the swimming pool - this is very small pool, don't plan to do your morning swim over there:). If you are looking for a cheap place to stay in Eilat (like me) I don't mind the rest...

How do they get away with charging so much?

I realized this wasn't a five star spa, but what I got wasn't even two star. The hotel wasn't clean, there were holes and rust in my shower. The ac unit box was falling off, and there were tears in the sheets. The wi-fi is only working on occasion, and when I asked about it, the very rude staff said, "So you have to play with it coming and going. In the end, it technically works." The manager finally allowed me to use his office computer to get me to leave the reception area. There were also several teenagers staying there that were pounding on doors at 2:30 am, with nobody to care. I would never recommend this place for this price.
