First of all, the price was very high for a place like Quarzsite Arizona. When we arrived, they informed us that there would be a $25 fee for our dog, even though the website at hotels.com said "pets stay free". It was late and we were kind of stuck. Therefore, our overpriced room in the middle of the desert became a way over price to room. I showed the woman the website where it said pets stay free but she didn't care. I will never stay here again.

Stood here a couple time for work never had an issue with the room or staff. Staff was excellent had no issue with them at all. My only issue was that it took me literally 10 minutes to enter my room. For some reason the key swipe on the door was not working at all. Please fix that issue

Motel was exactly what we needed after a long day driving. Staff were friendly. Booked a 2 queen room so we had room for our luggage. Room was clean, older. Bathroom was clean, basin area was small, fan was noisy. Also, shower tap had temperature control reversed. Parking was included, area was well lt.

The offered free breakfast was a let down nothing warm, no verity of a selection to make on continental items. Needless to say we have to make other arrangements for an am meal.

The a/c was off everywhere besides the lobby. The unit in the room took hours to cool the room down, we were just staying for a couple hours so I could safely continue driving home. I had to drag the bed by the unit in hopes we could attempt to get some shut eye without overheating.We almost left within the first 30 min to just sleep in the car because of how unbearably hot it was in the room and decided we would if we couldn't cool down at all. Also, I noticed there was a sign saying there's no cold water because outdoor temps are high.. I'm from AZ, so that's true.. HOWEVER, this was not that. Both sides of the faucet were scalding hot.. not just the normal "oh it's only lukewarm" hot. We were just stopping so I could sleep and continue our drive home safely, but there's no way I'd stay again because it was hotter inside the room than it was outside the building.
