Enjoy a fantastic holiday in this amazing and luxurious studio on the beach of Egmond aan Zee! A few meters away from the beach exit and in the middle of the cozy village of Egmond aan Zee. You will experience the ultimate beach feeling here! The completely renovated studio is located on the first floor and has a lovely balcony with an amazing view of the dunes! In this studio you really lack nothing; the luxurious and hip studio is fully equipped to enjoy a top time! On the beach you can also rent beach cabins per week, where you can leave your own things. Besides a real beach holiday you can also stroll in the historic center of Alkmaar, shopping, eating out or having a drink on one of the cozy terraces. Or visit the Cheese Market during the summer period. Also the metropolis Amsterdam, there you are! And if you return tired but satisfied from that busy city, then there is your big balcony with that wonderful view! On the second floor there is another four-person apartment, Sea View. The studio and apartment can also be booked in combination with each other; very suitable for two families traveling together. Both accommodations can be reached through a common entrance through a common hall. Send an email for availability in Sea View (4 extra people).

This luxurious and trendy studio is fully equipped to have a wonderful time! Outside the real beach you can also enjoy a walk through the historic center of Alkmaar, go shopping or eat out or have a drink in one of the cafes. Or visit the cheese market during the summer period.

Bed linen rental is mandatory and we pay standard for this per booking € 25.00.

Bookings from a group younger than 21 years are not accepted. The booker must be over 21 years of age.
