Huis van Egmond- Appartement 1

Apartment 1 - is located on the 1st floor (1 staircase) and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, modern living room with well-equipped open kitchen.
You gain access to your apartment via a shared entrance (stairs) (own closed front door). The apartment is located on the first floor.
 
Design
 
The living room is spacious, comfortable and neatly furnished. The modern living room has a chaise longue, flat-screen TV and a dining area with 4 chairs.
 
The open kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner stove, refrigerator and combination microwave. You reach the balcony (5.2 m2) via the living room.
 
The bedrooms have 2 box-spring beds (90x200), bedside tables and a wardrobe.
 
Bathroom
 
The neat, functional bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
 
Parking
 
Upon arrival you will receive 1 digital "parking permit" for the license plate number you specified (1 car). This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. Due to the new digital parking system, you must provide us with your car registration number before arrival! Please note: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
 
You can temporarily park your car on site to load and unload your luggage.
 
A high chair and cot are available as standard. It is a non-smoking home, and pets are not allowed.
 
A storage room for possible bicycles are NOT available. You can store these outside in the bicycle shed at the front of the house (on private property).
 
The apartment complex "huis van Egmond aan Zee" has 4 holiday homes. On the 1st floor (1x stairs) you will find: Apartment 1 & Apartment 2. On the 2nd floor (2x stairs): Studio 1 & Studio 2. These homes are also ideal if you want to travel with several people/families. We're all on holiday together, but still apart.
