This is surely the ultimate place to spend a vacation; for young and old! Located in Egmond aan den Hoef near the beach on a newly built recreation park, surrounded by the protected North Holland Dune Reserve. This dune villa is built with high-quality materials and is beautifully finished down to the smallest details. Equipped with a modern and comfortable interior which is fully equipped. In this villa you really lack no luxury! The entire villa is equipped with a beautiful digital music system. A Micosoft X-Box one 500GB / Go is available for the children. From the living room and two bedrooms you have an unparalleled view of the small lake and the dune reserve. On the left you have a beautiful view of the old mill. Via the stairs in the living room you reach the first floor where there are three bright double bedrooms with comfortable beds, all of which have a multi-media iHome alarm clock. One bedroom has an additional flat screen TV. You can also relax in your own sauna in the bathroom! The villa has a lovely terrace located on the south-west, with a dining table where you can dine and have a drink together. In addition to the terrace, you have a spacious "dune garden"! “Please note: there is 1 parking space next to the mill for each accommodation.” For daily shopping you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fishmonger within walking distance. Egmond has a real family beach with a length of no less than 8 kilometers, so you can take long beach walks against the setting sun, while the children look for shells. In the vicinity of the apartment, nature offers you a varied landscape. The beautiful lighthouse is an attraction in itself. You are also close to the picturesque artist village of Bergen and the lovely city of Alkmaar for a day of shopping or a visit to one of the many catering establishments.
