Booked this hotel without much knowledge of London or where to stay. Luckily this hotel was in the best location. A few minute walk to the London eye and Big Ben. Easily accessible to one of the bus stops for the hop on/hop off bus we booked. AC in the room was ice cold which is hard to find in Europe. The front desk staff were always friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in London.
The building was nice and clean, staff was friendly and accommodating for sure! Room lacked a phone to contact front desk, tv service was up and down were really my only downfalls for it. The lobby had some drinks for sale, but lots of food and entertainment in the surrounding areas. Busses and tubes are all very close and make it easy to navigate. The rooms are very small, and didn’t have any storage for clothes. If I was there for a night I’d stay again, I was there for a week with my partner. It was a little crowded for our taste, and for the price I had a little higher expectations.
This property was amazing. Claudia and buse were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here , only ten minutes by car from big Ben !
Room has no windows at all which I wasn’t sure was even legal!

The location will always be the first main benefit, as we are in an area that is very central and favoured. Thank you for your feedback. Windowless rooms are legal and some guests actually prefer it as it blocks out sound from outside. Maybe try one of our window rooms next time for a better experience. Kind Regards
