Loved the ease of check in, water refill stations throughout, yummy breaksfast and trail mix bar as well as the 24/7 coffee. The location is perfect and the staff was very welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

This is the most dog friendly hotel ever. Lovely place. Very clean. Cute town. Great staff. Botanical Buddies is adorable. However, there is definitely an issue at booking w/ Expedia and check in.. Despite the "what you see, is what you pay" claims on Expedia, the hotel charged us a mandatory $30 amenities fee at check in. I don't know if that was an Expedia error or the hotel taking advantage of limited options for me to change plans on the fly, but it didn't feel great to be held hostage like that. We traveled with a large soccer group and every family that used to book Expedia was charged the same. This place would be 5 star if it wasn't for that.

My little puppy and I loved it here

This hotel is probably one of the most cozy hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location and shopping nearby are wonderful. I wish I could’ve stayed here longer.

This hotel was wonderful! The room was a good size, the entire place was clean. The coffee and trail mix stations were much appreciated! The location was great- lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It was well-appointed and attractive from the front door all the way to the room. We’d love to stay here again!

Great location for all we wanted to do. Right on the river. We had 30 ducks every morning 25 geese in the evening a gray crane we saw beaver all off our deck loved it
