This is a private home with unique and upgraded southwestern style furnishings . There are 4 bedrooms (2 masters) , 3 1/2 bath, with laundry room, fireplace, private outdoor hot tub, 5 flat screen TVs, Dishnetwork, Wi-Fi , fax/printer. There is a one car garage with 2 to 3 other spaces in the parking lot in front of the townhouse. There is a full kitchen with recently upgraded kitchenAid appliances and a Sub Zero refrigerator. The townhouse also has a separate breakfast area and formal dining area adjacent to the main living room. There is a secondary living room on the lowest floor for more privacy or a children’s play area. Finally, there is a full athletic club with full gym (free weights/weight machines, cardio, stretching area and kettle bells) 2 indoor tennis courts, 6 outdoor tennis courts (2 clay) , squash/racketball courts, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, updated locker rooms with in 3 minutes walking distance of the townhouse. As a renter their is no extra charge for using these amenities. Child care is also available at an extra cost. Since this is a private home that we cherish with great love and care we do not allow any pets, smokers or groups of young adults.

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
