The one lady that was working at the lumberjack on the evening of the 12th was incredibly rude, loud and full of profanity Front encounter couldn’t care less about the complaints that I had except one gentleman that was working an evening tried to help out, but as for the day staff terrible

Service was nice, room was clean except the curtains looked dirty, fridge door was not closing properly, shower head was not working properly. In the parking lot all the outlets for the block heaters were broken and it was not that nice. We did not use breakfast but it is available for $10 per person. Overall would recommend

Upon arrival, the night shift manager welcomed me as where I regularly stay here. She quickly got me checked in and made sure i would inform her if I needed anything. This hotel is very nice, the management and staff are very welcoming. I highly recommend you stay here.
