Our cozy home offers modern amenities, serene ambiance, and easy access to local eateries. Perfect for business travelers, couples, or 6 or more great friends or family seeking a getaway. 1 queen bed, and 2 double beds, gorgeous kitchen, a bath, stylish living area, and back yard with BBQ ready for use. Know that this is in walking distance of 137 Ave, where major stores ( such as Home depot, Many car dealerships, Electronics Stores, furniture stores etc) and Sports facilities (Victoria soccer club and Henry Singer Park ) are located. The Home is 15 minutes away to West Edmonton Mall (WEM) and 40 Mins to Edmonton Int’l Airport (YEG). The house is safe and compliant with city of Edmonton fire and safety codes with home occupancy permit, Working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors; A working fire extinguisher; a first aid kit and Accessible and functional fire exits. Book now! have the whole upstairs with shared laundry in basement suite. The space Bedrooms with 1 Queen Bed. And 2 double beds, Your choice of firm or soft pillows. Lots of extra blankets. Beautiful updated kitchen with stainless modern Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, microwave, high speed blender, and all the necessities. Well suited for 6 guests.
