While the exterior is not set up for outdoor use (no furniture, BBQ, or amenities), the interior is well-maintained for your comfort.
If you prefer a property in an upscale neighborhood with outdoor amenities, we’d be happy to recommend alternatives. However, if you’re looking for a spacious, centrally located downtown house ideal for large groups, this may be the perfect fit!
Please also note that a neighbor's dog may occasionally roam off-leash near the property. Based on our experience, the dog is calm and non-aggressive, but we share this information to ensure transparency and ease any concerns.
