Loved everything EXCEPT we could not plug in electronics as outlets very loose and plugs would not stay in (Room 247). Reported to front desk upon check out. Lady at front desk very nice and said she would make a note of it. Could be serious if you have a CPAP to plug in (Hubby unplugged clock (only one working) to plug his in.&

Good experience with our room and dining. The pool was nice, the slide was a hit with my daughter. One thing I would change is the weekend pool hours. We woke up early to go to the pool before we hit the road and it didn’t open until 9AM. But overall we have a very positive experience.

The hotel was nice enough but they were having some tech issues which meant the check in was extremely slow and the key cards continually stopped working, which meant going to the front desk for a new card repeatedly over our 4 night stay. The facilities were fine and the breakfast was quite good but the key thing was annoying.

Great pool and waterslide. Montanas was great. Breakfast ended at 9:30 which was too early. 10 would have been perfect. Air conditioning was really loud compared to other hotels. It kept waking us up.

What I don’t like is what I’ve been seeing in many hotels lately and that is the big puffy pillows. They are not designed for a good sleeping only for looks on the bed.! It might look picture perfect but there’s no sleeping pillows. That’s all they have not good.
