BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :

The property is impeccably clean and well appointed. We really liked the unit including accessibility to downtown and whyte ave. Parking isn't ideal but manageable. The guests upstairs partied until 4am which isn't the hosts fault but it was crappy none the less. If we knew the host had rented both units we would have let them know. We would stay there again.

Bright and Clean Private Basement Suite

The communication from the property managers was excellent and ongoing. The unit was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The unit is newly renovated and well-appointed. There is a full-size fridge, stove and microwave as well lots of cupboard space. There are plenty of dishes, kitchenware and cutlery which made our stay much more convenient. There is also a toaster and coffee maker available for those who wish to use it; as well as a hairdryer in the bathroom. Shampoo and conditioner are provided, as well as adequate clean towels. There is a small seating area and tv available; this unit was the perfect size for the two of us. My only critique was that we had no wifi available during our stay. The hosts were very receptive to our inquiries and made an effort to resolve it, but unfortunately we were only there for a short time so we didn't see the resolution. The unit is well loctated and on a busy street, but ample free parking is available on the side streets. I would recommend this place to others and would be pleased to stay there again i the future.

I had an awesome stay! - close to walking trails - modern - fast wifi - spotless on arrival - very quiet at night. I slept like a baby - in a nice tree lined neighborhood - good communication from the host definitely coming back in a few months :)
