Minutes away from West Edmonton Mall, Misericordia hospital, 20 minutes to Downtown, 15 minutes to U of A or U. hospital, and 25 minutes to International Airport. Free WIFI, BBQ. This suite is bright with big windows, and spacious has about 1400sf with 9' ceilings. 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has a queen-sized bed with very comfortable sheets used for 4 and 5-star hotels; an open, fully equipped kitchen with a crock pot. living room with a big flat TV, a 4-piece full bathroom, laundry room, and a storage room. it has a hardwood floor throughout the whole place, a granite countertop in the kitchen, and marble-like tile in the bathroom.

there are walking, bike trails, and a path to the river which are just by the side of this home. You can go jogging, ride a bike or take a relaxing walk on the trails or go to have a picnic at the ravine park in summer. This suite has its own Private separated entrance.

Nice suite in an upscale area.

my family stayed at the suite when my husband doing a project in Edmonton. It is in a very nice area, easy access to Hendy drive. We love the area. It is quiet, comfortable suite, recommend it.

Me and my other 2 colleagues stayed at the suite. It is quiet and very private place in a good location. Clean and beautiful with a modern look. The parking spaces in front of the house worked out perfect for our big trucks. For sure will come back stay again.
