✦ SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD AND RENTAL AGREEMENT AFTER BOOKING✦ This property requires a $500 CAD security deposit hold once reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. Automatic instructions will be sent right after your booking confirmation. The security deposit hold is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file which will be collected 2 days before check-in and released 5 days after check-out, assuming there is no damage to the property and all our house rules have been followed. This task is done by our API-connected software to this platform. We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

Clean unit/good communication
This unit was clean and the property managers created an easy check in/check out process (without an excessive list of check out responsibilities). This is a basement unit with larger windows. The ad shows a lot of cozy throw blankets and we loved this vibe however there were no throw blankets on site - not a "make it or break" it detail but we were a bit disappointed. If you are looking for a good, basic suite, you will be satisfied with this one.
