Seaside terraced house, beside the beach in popular golf location
This Victorian terraced house has an amazing view to the beach from the south facing garden, with large table for enjoying a leisurely lunch, or sundowner on a swing seat. A cosy living room downstairs, with tv, overlooks a putting green and tennis courts, with comfy sofas and wood-burning stove. Upstairs, an expansive lounge hosts a large screen tv, small pool table, desk and xbox for children and adults to relax. The kitchen has been extended with a light and airy modern feel, perfect for dining and entertaining. Three double bedrooms and one single room can amply host up to seven people. To the rear, bi-fold doors enclose a small conservatory which open onto a patio garden, with fountain, pizza oven and comfortable seating for evening entertaining. Parking for one car to the rear and on street parking to the front of the property.
