Just Off the Edinburgh Bypass overing access to All areas of the Country. Guests at the holiday home can enjoy hiking and skiing nearby, or make the most of the garden.

Dreghorn House is a spacious and modern, four bedroom house. Our inviting kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils, perfect for cooking. The property consists of 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room and kitchen + dining room. Upstairs has 1 double bedroom and 1 king size room with ensuite. Another room contain a set of bunk beds and the other, 2 single beds.

In the downstairs area, the living room has comfortable, reclining chairs and smart TV with applications such as:

The living room also enters to the bright and warm conservatory with access to the private garden. We have a coffee/seating room alongside our half bathroom/utility closet. This has a washer and dryer for our guest's use along with a drying rack and iron board if needed. Past this seating area you are greeted by the fantastic kitchen with underfloor heating and electrical appliances. Double ovens, microwave, gas hob and a selection of teas and coffee. The small fridge will contain a few groceries to ensure a kickstart to your stay - milk, butter Quality olive oil will be available for your cooking as well as coffee pods for the machine.

The advertised facilities at this property was a misrepresentation. There was no lounge but another room of beds. Lounge chairs seating 7 only were stuffed in the kitchen area. Dining area seated only 6 (we used chairs from the garden). The fridge door did not open properly and utensils were limited and broken. Sheets were stained and illfitting and the "king" room had a badly cracked window and broken light fitting. The overall impression was that of a house crammed with beds and seriously lacking in basic comfort,

Absolute luxury
What a wonderful house and in such a nice neighbourhood and only a short ride to city centre. The house is great with the most comfortable beds, excellent wi-fi, immaculately clean with all the amenities one would need. Just sorry we were not staying longer but already planning a friends reunion for later in 2024 and definitely want to stay in Dreghorn House. Thanks to lovely host Lisa for all your help.
