This apartment gives you the experience of a luxury hotel with the convenience of a self catering apartment. Can accommodate up to 6 people. Easily one of the best holiday lets in Edinburgh, a must stay!

The Space:
Located on the first floor of a traditional tenement flat, this space will dazzle your imagination, from the moment you open the door. The attention to detail is exceptional. From luxurious stylish furnishings to commissioned artworks on the the walls. Cathy has chosen some of her favourite designers when creating this beautiful apartment, a particular design feature is the '5th wall' in the master bedroom adorned with the delightful Woodchip & Magnolia wallpaper, lie in bed and enjoy the view of this amazing hand printed design.

Attention to the finer things in life is clear here but functionality hasn't been forgotten. This apartment glamorous is a home from home you can indulge in.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire apartment to use with the exception of one cupboard which we keep locked with supplies.

The Neighborhood:
Stockbridge is spoilt for choice in terms of independent cafes, bakeries, and restaurants, not to mention the bars. It even has its own market every Sunday. There are independent shops, vintage shops, and even a chocolate shop within easy reach.

Getting Around:
I recommend down loading the Lothian bus app. It has a great route planner, and the Edinburgh bus service is very good. Edinburgh also has a tram service which takes you from the city centre to the airport. As Edinburgh is relatively small city taxis are also inexpensive.

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that the bunk beds are used at your own risk and we take no responsibility for their use. Recommend aged 7 and upwards sleeping in the bunk beds.

Lovely apartment in a quiet street but great access to the city centre. The apartment was well appointed with plenty of the things needed for a comfortable stay, everything functioned well and was very clean although some of the paintwork and furnishings were slightly tired - not enough to spoil the stay though. The bunk beds were ok for a small adult but wouldn't have worked for anyone over about 5' 5".There was a stop less than 2 minutes walk which had buses which went directly through the New Town, passed Waverley station and across the Royal Mile making access to the city centre very simple. It is also only 15 minutes walk to shops, cafes and resaurants in Stockbridge itself.Very much enjoyed our stay

Our stay had some positives, but we experienced frustration due to a lack of clear instructions and unhelpful communication with the property manager. Specifically, finding the thermostat control panel took a considerable amount of time as its location was not easily noticeable. Furthermore, when we reached out for assistance, his suggestions were completely unhelpful. Improved communication regarding the property's features and their operation, as well as more effective support from the property manager, would be greatly appreciated by future guests.

Very dark and unfortunately very dirty. Needs a good deep clean. Need to clean kitchen and bathroom before use. Lots of things not working properly e.g. blinds broken, windows difficult to open, front door could not be locked, toilet flush not working properly, freezer compartment door in fridge not staying shut etc.

Had lovely couple of days in this unique flat. Decor may not be to everyone’s taste but we loved it. Warm, comfortable and in a good central location . Perhaps a little ‘shabby ‘in places but definitely’Chic’
