This charming 78m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed via stairs only.

The living room features a cozy seating area, a TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and a dining table, all bathed in natural light—ideal for spending time with your group.

The open-plan kitchen comes equipped with appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. A washer is also provided for your laundry convenience. Large windows allow plenty of sunlight to stream in, and there’s a balcony to enjoy some fresh air.

The first bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second offers a standard double bed. Both rooms are tastefully decorated, and the beds are outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The two bathrooms are well-equipped with everything you need to refresh, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Guests can access the parking space once they've collected the keys and the parking fob.

The apartment is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort.

Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
