Free parking around the Apartment and there is private parking for an extra charge of £25 per week.

The apartment is 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from Holyrood Palace and Park, the Scottish Parliament and the Royal Mile. Princes Street is a 10 to 15 minute walk or a very quick bus ride away.
The Meadowbank Shoping Centre is extremely convenient, only 2 minutes away, offering a great selection of shops including a large Sainsbury's and TK-Maxx. It is also close to Meadowbank Sports Stadium.
There are excellent bus connections in all directions.

The apartment has a large, open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living room is light and spacious with fantastic views over Arthur's Seat. It is furnished in a contemporary style with 2 armchairs, a double sofa bed, bookshelves, dining table and chairs. There is also a selection of games and puzzles, DVDs, wooden train set and toy box.
The kitchen has all modern conveniences including a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven, induction hob, microwave and coffee maker.
The lobby leads to the master bedroom with a beautiful antique wooden double bed, large inbuilt wardrobes and a great view.
There is an ensuite shower-room adjoining the main bedroom.
The second bedroom has 2 very comfortable single beds, suitable for adults and also boasts a large inbuilt wardrobe.
There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower.
A cot and hig-chair are provided.
